They will maybe say she looked calm and normal because she had no worries -- If she had done anything as ghastly as charged, she wouldn't be so calm and unbothered.It depends on how the 2 sides use the evidence to fit the narrative doesn't it?
How are you expecting the defence would summarize that evidence?
And maybe she felt unwell and didn't want to worry her kids so she acted like she was OK.
But I am not sure that is totally believable because she supposedly ate the same amount of Beef Wellington as Gail, who was currently in serious condition, weak and in the hospital.
