CANADA Canada - Darius Macdougall, 5, Crowsnest Pass, Alberta,Canada 21 Sept 2025

  • #261
There are child witnesses from the family. Not impossible for them all to be lying about Darius having been there, but certainly easier for the police to see through any such lies. JMO
And sadly, of the 3 children said to be playing together "in full sight of the adults" *cough cough* 1 is now missing and 1 has passed away! 🤔

Talking of which, when news broke of beautiful Darius being missing, he was said to have been in the company of 6 siblings on a walk, his mum hopped up and said Darius doesn't have 6 siblings so the 6 siblings became 6 cousins.
Next he was only with 2 cousins playing on an island "in full sight" and in my post #241 I enclosed a picture with a large red circle surrounded by what looked to be dense vegetation which couldnt possibly have been seen from where the adults were packing up their camping gear near the campsite!

JMO!

Here it is again..
Crikey I just paid a bit more attention to this pic....

Imo and JMO
Hasn't the most recent information (given by the family who were camping) been (along the lines of).. we were packing up the cars to leave and Darius was playing WITHIN OUR SIGHT on the island with others..

How can the big red circle "general last point seen" be in anyone's sightline?

OK, I didn't pick up on this change from siblings to cousins and then reduction in numbers.
I understand where you're coming from now.

Moo...cousins are seen as brothers and sisters. It's First Nation speak. The families have been around along time. Families share properties and children, families are very, very intertwined. Every family is related to the other families, one way or another. Like clans.....moo

Maybe I missed something, but I haven't seen any evidence Darius or his family belong to the First Nations.

Do we know how old the other 2 children were that were supposed to be with Darius when he "disappeared"?

I have seen plenty evidence. There was even mention of Darius' name in whichever FN language and what it means in English. I don't remember where, so saying MOO for time being.

IIRC it's a blended family, so I think it may have been a mixture of siblings, step-siblings/half-siblings and cousins

Unfortunately, that closeness can cause complications for missing persons reports. It's wonderful to have a village to help raise the kids, but the village may lose track of who has the kids when and where. For teens and adults, you might lose time searching if you think they're with the extended family. MOO

from above article:

“Hang tough, buddy. We’re all looking for you. We’re searching for you. Stay strong,” said Tallmadge. “Hopefully one day you can come home. Can’t lose hope.

“This is the last place I seen him. So I’ll sit here and wait until I know where else to look.”
