What cemetery is that? Looks like only forest behind his property.

so Daniel says one of the dog handlers said this to him: "Thursday didn't have enough details and we think you did something to the kids Thursday night."

and Daniel says he replied: "Thursday was just an ordinary day. Until I woke up on Friday morning and that's when like life changed."

so is he stating that he was not awake at 6 a.m. when Malehya messaged the kids in sick or did she do that the evening before? I forget

Doesn’t it seam inappropriate for a handler to be having that conversation

Quick video, he didn't say much more than what you quoted.

Asking rhetorically, shouldn't Thursday have as many details as Friday morning (the cough, calling them in sick, Lilly in and out of the bedroom, the children being noisy, mom and dad staying in bed)? No dinner? No baths? No meltdowns? No storytime? No pajamas? No diapers/pull-ups? No laundry, no TV, no search for a favorite sleepytime toy? No "I'm thirsty, I want water". No cough syrup for that cough?

Anybody with two little kids knows that you don't get home, they go to bed, the end. There should be a thousand details.

And when there's a gap in credible narrative, it's right to have questions.

My only other theory of the 5 speed is that it was someone wishing to “rescue” the children

I wish, but then the vehicle would not have been coming and going numerous times.

I don’t quite believe someone out there knows something and has stayed silent for this length of time, considering the reward that’s been offered.

Even to protect a loved-one, or out of fear?

I think more than one person knows what happened.
People keep quiet and don't accept rewards for many reasons.

This leads me to these thoughts -

- Did the handler really say that? If so was it intentional and planned to gather information or just a handler being inappropriate?

- did the handler not say that and it was a way to discuss Thursday night

If you watch it again, he said "until they woke up on Friday morning". 1:35 time stamp.

It does indeed seem inappropriate for an RCMP dog handler to be having that conversation with DM.

Is DM a reliable source?
He apparently passed 4 different polygraphs, hasn't been caught in a lie yet (that the public is aware of), and is still walking free.
I'd say he's about as much of a reliable source as we've got right now.

I thought you meant the Daily Mail at first 😁
But yeah if it only came from him I wouldn't take it as gospel.

Polygraphs are junk science, not proof of anything except the ability to lie and stay cool about it. Gary Ridgway passed, and he killed maybe as many as eighty women and girls.

The topic of dog handlers asking question in this interview.

I don’t feel he is a reliable source, no, which is why I think it’s interesting he said it
