Broad jury base. Not everyone is political. They can seat a jury just fine. He's entitled to a jury of his peers, who will take an oath to be impartial, withhold judgment until they've reviewed all and only the admissible evidence and testimony, and render a verdict, following the instructions provided to them by the Court. He'll get that.
If was a man of any kind of honor, he would have used the justice system in the same way it's being fairly given him -- and objected, if he truly cared, to this CEO and all of United HC, by proper channels. Like a civil suit. Let BT and UHC defend and answer for themselves. That is how it's done in a civilized society.
No civility, no valor in shooting a man in the back or at all.
