Well, if a jury hears about his writings (I'm not gonna call it his"manifesto"), along with whatever other evidence is shown to them, and I believe there will be a lot, they're supposed to consider it all in total, and everything presented to them as a whole, if the prosecution does its job well, could make a jury see it all as incriminating, and you know that it's the jury's decision that matters, not mine or yours or anyone else's.
It might be easy enough for a jury to dismiss one thing or another by itself, but as a whole, I expect it all to make him look guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in the eyes and minds of a jury, once it's all said and done.
But that's just what I expect to happen in this case, so it might turn out I'm wrong, cuz what do I know, of course. But that's what I expect will happen, after what I've seen and heard so far. We'll just have to wait and see.
If it is proven that he did it, do you think he shouldn't be convicted of murder, because the victim was the head of a company that you and many other people say is responsible for the deaths of many innocent people?
Regardless of who killed him, would you say it was a justified killing?
