Can anyone confirm whether there was a Reward for calling Luigi into the Police ?

Did the Maccas girl get the $$$$$ ?
A promotion ?
A new gig as a Facial Examiner Professional for the FBI ? - CIA ? - MI5 ? - M16 ?

I hope it's life changing for her.

RE: Discussion above about delay of surgery. Here is his take on that: (From Reddit). "I never understood the "too young for a fusion" logic. Your spine is fractured and the structural security of your spine is compromised. When someone breaks their leg, are they "too young" for surgery? I suppose you're "too young" to have back pain, but that doesn't change the fact that you do."

Welp, it’s definitely a thing. In my early 20s, I sought out a pain management clinic after PT didn’t help. Dr told me what kind of pain can a young female be in? And then he didn’t do diddly squat for me. 10+ years later, my back is beyond messed up and all my good intentions have made things worse.

Just thinking about some of the unanswered questions we have right now:

What's the deal with that cellphone they found near the scene?

What exactly happened in those months following back surgery, when he went off the grid and no one could find him?
What exactly was his mental state during this time?
Where was he staying during this period?

Where has he been living in general?

What was he doing in Pennsylvania in the days following his escape from New York?
Where was he staying during this period?

Why wasn't he concerned about DNA (backpack, water bottle, phone, etc)?

What was his endgame here (suicide, follow-up attacks, etc)?
Lots of good questions, some of which will be answered in time. The last one is concerning. IMHO, his endgame was suicide. That's why he kept the gun, also IMHO. I hope they have him on suicide watch.

There are two rewards, one from Crimestoppers (10K) and one from the Feds (50k).

I saw a piece on CNN about this, and it's not a quick process. The Crimestoppers reward requires an indictment, and then the anonymous witnesses have to come forward to them (the patron and the employee who called it in). There's a committee that rules on disbursement, and they'll decide if that gets paid out (I imagine they'd split it).

For the FBI reward, that's contingent upon not only arrest, but conviction as well. So no one is collecting that particular one for a while.

Yes. As a tangent that I can’t stop thinking about, the photos of him unmasked at the hostel and unmasked at McDonald’s just don’t seem to be the same person as the post-arrest photos.

I’m not saying the police made a mistake, I’m sure it’s the same person but the faces seem really different. Like was he wearing a nose prosthesis, etc?

I can’t get past this. I’m sure it is the same person but the visuals are so different, especially the nose.

Maybe it’s the hood/hair that’s throwing me off.

Did anyone else have this impression?

Edited to add link of example photos
Lighting, angle, focal length, fish eye distortion from some security cameras that are then straightened with an option.

The focal length alone can make him look like a completely different person. Google “what does focal length do to a person” to see what I mean.

Young man with mental illness and a gun lashed out at the world. Sounds exactly like other shooters, sadly.

jmopinion
Not really. Most of the young mass shooters were unpopular, socially inept and extremely isolated for as far back as can be remembered. This guy had none of those traits.

Before they ID’ed this guy I talked about how security cameras can really distort someone’s appearance. I posted photos of the security footage of a woman who was involved in a hit and run motor scooter death and of her in a real photo. Huge distortion imo.

I think another security photo of him posted shows more of a resemblance. But I’m not surprised he doesn’t look too much like the smiling photo.

I posted that if the photos didn't come from Brian Entin, I wouldn't have believed it was the same guy. The bridge of his nose was completely different. However, It was early morning he looked puffy and tired, who knows where he slept? One thing I noticed was that little bump on his right hand, I looked for another right-hand photo to compare but never found one. I don't know if it's a bump or just a vein. It has to be him, or they would have debunked it by now.

I pretty much had him pegged early on, but that was where I was dead wrong. I figured he'd be that loner/loser type that we see in every single case that is even remotely similar.

I've never seen this.

I think this is the best comparison.
