He's talking about the impact of the crime, and how it could inspire more attacks like this. That tends to happen with domestic terrorism, so he's simply making a comparison as opposed to characterizing this as an act of domestic terrorism.Oooh... does this mean possible Federal charges??
There is the possibility of Federal charges, but it doesn't seem to be trending that way right now.
Personally, I do see this guy through the lens of a domestic terrorist. He intended to intimidate, and the murder seems to be ideologically driven.
