the judge has to cowtoe to the defence a bit seeing as people are inocent until proven guilty

if he doent thats easy grounds for appeal

More importantly is that a jury does not buy into this being about health care reform and will focus on the state's evidence and see it for what it is, LM (allegedly) defendant killed an innocent man Brian Thompson in cold blood for absolutely no reason. jmo

im hopeing they will also focus on 11 minutes of missing body and that wasnt there on the first search but then just mystoryesly appeared the net time the bag was searched
