Does anyone worry that BK will get "cold feet" over this plea and decide not to accept it before his sentencing? And then uses this whole situation to say that it has been prejudicial to his case. And use this as a delay tactic for his trial. While I do agree that a guaranteed verdict with no chance of appeals is the best outcome, there's something about this that doesn't feel right. I can't exactly put my finger on it, but my gut is telling me that we have several twists and turns ahead of us.
It is an interesting question- Could BK pull a bait and switch? Stand in court with him expected to say Guilty, and say something else?
Hmm, I think it depends- Does he have respect for the judge?
Does he fear the judge enough to wonder if the judge will ‘tear him a new one’ on live TV?
Would he simply enjoy the attention?
So far he has not made a spectacle of himself in the public eye. I think he will toe the line, play the part, hide his inner feelings on the inside when he may feel angry, out of control, and terrified.
He is a poser- and can blend into normal society well enough to be missed by a lot of people who should have noticed- but didn’t.
IMO
