BBM I had posted the same question earlier as I am confused about this as well. He could of been trying to kill himself but I doubt it, why leave your seat belt on and I dont think this accident was done at any great speed. Then again he has proven to be stupid.
My only other thought is...
The confusion about the seats being removed is from another post way back when there was discussion about a photo which I think Grannie put up, one was GBC and someone else (cant remember his name, he had murdered his wife and this particular person had removed the seats in his car).
I didnt know he had given a DNA sample and that photos were taken of his scratches etc. So now I am wondering why he crashed the car the next day, I always thought it was to cover up any injuries.
Looks like Police first spoke to TM on 25 April according to this article

Not sure if this has already been put up - a look into where GBC is living

As much as I am pleased with todays bail hearing outcome, I think we should all spare a thought for the three girls. Regardless of what I think of GBC, they are his daughters and would be no doubt very confused with everything that has happened and are having a horrid time coming to terms with...

Real flight risk - reckon my last post about the BC house and car search last night might be a bit closer to reality that i first thought. IMO
IMO maybe thats why the Police were searching BC'S car last night, they got a tip off that they had made enquiries re fake passports etc and were looking for any paperwork in the car last night.
I pretty sure they said the insurance claim was made once the death certificate had been completed.
I dont like the way this case is heading this morning with the case being circumstantial however surely with GBC making phone calls to the insurance company three days before she disappeared...
Channel Nine News info 11.00 report
BC have offered $500,000 surety
Post Mortem only revealed a chip on one of her eye teeth
The scratches on GBC face were apparently from a caterpillar bite
A call was made three days before Allison went missing to the life insurance company
Another call...
Wow can this get any more bizarre.
Heres a theory
Somebody has deliberately called this hoax in so that GBC's $30,000 bill for bail hearing most of which will still be payable for today and he will have to find more money for another bail hearing and that those who have foolishly donated...
As for the email from Olivia and her husband suggesting that on the balance of probabilities of the evidence that the charges would be dropped, surely when the Police arrested GBC and at his first court hearing if there wasnt some reasonable prima facie evidence to suggest his guilt the...
