Could the possible motive for CM filing that motion yesterday be that he was trying to bully HHBP into a favorable ruling on the Frye hearing so as to not appear biased? The timing just seems so suspect, and CM comes off as a very big bully to me.

So let me see if I have this right - they can float the theory at trial that Caylee died in some accident due to NO FAULT of Casey's and then things snowballed from there... wouldn't that be complete speculation?? If I was a juror, I would be thinking that something was seriously wrong because...

That's possible. That whole "break in story" reminds me of something I (re)read the other day in the Gas Can thread - George saying that the homeowners association told him that there had been several gas thefts in the neighborhood :rolleyes:.

My own personal theory is that George was very possibly "sleuthing" Casey, but more than likely without Cindy's knowledge or blessing. Her pattern prior to this suggests that she would have thwarted him at every turn and dissed him for not being "supportive" of his daughter. But I really think...
