FBI Report of Special Agent (SA) Anthony Imel attached as State’s Exhibit S-4. Of those videos, the 1125 Ridge Road video provided a clear view of the suspect vehicle. Make-Model Chart #3 attached as Exhibit S-5.

Imel was able to compare this video to the video from 1112 King Road. Id. This video was captured at 4:01 a.m. (approximately 3 minutes prior to the suspect vehicle entering the crime scene at 4:04 a.m.). Hille Report at pages 8-9. Regarding the “questioned vehicle” - the vehicle on the 1112 King Road surveillance - Imel’s opinion is: "[t]he questioned vehicle shares similar class characteristics with a 5th generation Hyundai Elantra between 2014-2016. The similar class characteristics include, but are not limited to the overall body style, window configuration, front grill configuration, headlight shape, side trim, rear brake light configuration, rear license plate position, and rear bumper position. The position of the rear bumper reflector and the shape of the fog lights assisted in narrowing the vehicle year span."

The footnote posted upthread indicates there was knowledge of his ownership, in going to guess by someone in his family.

If he could quickly produce another, he might be able to deceive...

I'm sorry I just can't with this. BK had fine enough motor skills to be an avid runner, boxer and apply for a LE job in Pullman.

I think this is why we've seen BK change his body, basically shrinking, in order to appear more frail and weak. Not to worry, the State will have plenty of evidence showing how healthy BK was at the time of his arrest. MOO

Once again it reminds me of the murder defense that the guy was "too fat" to have committed the murder. The jury didn't buy that he couldn't fire a gun.

It looks like the one on our right/his left sticks out (bushy). Mine lay flat and those are definitely bushy!

I asked Google just now if a bruise on the forehead can show up within about 5 hours. It said yes of course it can. Now that you've pointed that out @MassGuy it does look like a bruise. I hope someone clocked him or kicked him.

eta Thank goodness Idaho does not allow an insanity defense in any criminal case, including murder, ~~ repealed the insanity defense in 1982. All AT does have is him 'being on the spectrum' I guess.. lose, lose I think

IMO it could be, or it might be a shower liner?
A lot of people have/hang a shower liner separately which goes behind the actual shower curtain, myself included, as it repels and helps keep water from getting on the floor while showering. The liners are usually a little thinner than the shower curtain itself. The one in the photo of BK looks thin to me and very similar to the liner I currently have hanging behind my shower curtain.
Guess it could be either/or, we’ll find out at trial I’d imagine.
