No problem at all. I had to zoom in with the YT video paused. Not a big deal using an iPad. Glad I could be of some help!Oh thank you!!! No matter how I posted it it still came out blurry.

And uses a child’s Crayola marker for writing, and appears less bulky without a suit jacket. Even if it’s partially camera angles, I feel certain in his trial, he will be dressed in a Euro-fit shirt with waxed eyebrows, chair seat dropped even further and a Bob Sponge Pants lunchbox on the tableForget everything about the two pictures for a second.
Now....
Look at the suit one, he is sitting higher than her. In the second one he is shorter than her. No matter how you slice it, AT and team want him to seem shorter or smaller. The same tactic was used with Patrick Frazee and Casey Anthony.
We have a ways to go.
I don't think she'll be able to present an alibi defense or a SODDI one, because there's just nothing to support either one.
I don't know what will come of Sy Ray. He had nothing to offer for 4 am. If the judge doesn't sanction AT for the allegations made with zero proof and doesn't strike the witness entirely, he may limit the scope of his testimony to 2:47 to 2:54 am. I don't see how that'll be helpful to AT. Sy Ray was most valuable to AT, IMO, at the pre-trial stage where she had hope of gaining advantage through overspeak and reputation. Blew up on her though because this judge can't be blustered.
There may be a battle brewing between AT and BK, if he wants to testify.
Ultimately, I think AT will utilize cross examination to attempt to raise moments of reasonable doubt -- witnesses, data -- without great success but it's really all she's got.
Turning BK into some kind of invalid won't fly.

But doesn't she have to get it approved by the judge first before she can move forward with it?i agree she doesn’t have any SODDI evidence but that wouldn’t be a barrier to recycling a conspiracy off the internet in a SODDI motion
But doesn't she have to get it approved by the judge first before she can move forward with it?
You know what takes some fine motor dexterity? Ziplocking a baggie.
Just saying.
Sounds like she misjudged, poor judgement. I wonder how many staff is working on the new DP alongside BK's. That may be why she can't get through the discovery? She explained the circumstances of this case when she took the other case on: her hopes for the discovery deadline, what has happened since the December discovery....
She gave a reply, there is a long dialogue after the Judge mentions her other case.

Thank you Warwick7! Wow, the rideshare driver, who brought the girls home that night, wound up living so close to BK that he reported his Elantra...among a dozen others he saw while out and about. At about the 18:19 mark the information about the ride share guy starts.
It's a big contrast to his male model look for his first appearance in a suit.I do see what you’re saying about the camera angle and zoom.
However, it’s my opinion that the defense is indeed trying to project some kind of aura suggesting that BK is not a fully adult man.
Generally defense attorneys urge (or force) their male clients to wear a tie in court, so as to look more seemly.
Why did Bryan wear a tie in the first picture, but in the second not only is his jacket removed, but so is his tie?
IMO it makes his presentation appear sloppy, which is the opposite of the effect most defense attorneys hope to achieve.
I agree with @Warwick7, losing the jacket makes his shoulders seem less bulky, hence more weak, hence less threatening, hence incapable of committing a quadruple murder. Or so his attorneys hope.
Tricks are for kids. The DNA undoes all this posturing.
IMO
Jumping off your post. I don't think people realize how close Pullman is to Moscow. The direct route is only 16 minutes give or take. The scenic south route using Uniontown East Rd/Thorn Creek Rd is 44 minutes give or take. Where I happen to live a 16 minute drive is nothing. Most people travel farther than that as a commute to work.Thank you Warwick7! Wow, the rideshare driver, who brought the girls home that night, wound up living so close to BK that he reported his Elantra...among a dozen others he saw while out and about.
It cannot be said too many times! JMOAnd you know what doesn't? Stabbing people with a big* knife!
ETA: I should have waited until the next page @Megnut, you already said it lol.

Oh, my gosh! How did I miss this zipper detail?Remember when the court ordered changes to the live feed???
Pool feed would focus on him, I mean REALLY focus on him, close ups of his jaw clenching as well as his fly. So Judge Judge, who was pretty angry about this, restricted placement of the cameras.
"Far from constituting an undue and over restrictive burden on the press' right of free speech," Kohbeger's lawyers said, "Mr. Kohberger is entitled to defend himself against capital criminal charges without cameras focused on his fly."
I remember at the time his fly was only open about a half inch or less but social media took off.
So I guess we can also say he can't zip his pants.
but if you look at the back of the two chairs that are visible, they are at the same height, in both pictures
I have no doubt Jose did it in the Casey trial, never watched the Frazee trial - I can understand why you and others think it's happening here too - I'm just not convinced
if I could see them all empty, that would help

Agreed, it fools no one (along with his 'bushy eyebrows'), but we/ve also seen many defendants gain weight for the very same reasons.Do they think the jury is stupid?
There are photos of how he looked in 2022 and 2023. Everyone's looks change when they sit in jail for years with no sunlight, no exercise and eating highly processed -- low nutrient - high carb foods. This fools no one.
