Can't tie his shoelaces but he can scrub a PC.
Megnut, you make me laugh so much. Even when the subject is uncomfortable.

Buys the knife 8 months prior.

Assembles the balaclava, coveralls....

Stops using his debit card...

We've been asking why that night...

Looks like he was ramping up for it, months, weeks, days in advance...

His launch window.

Will we ever learn how he picked that night?

He seemed pretty adept at scrubbing his car as well.

May not understand moral rights or wrongs but understands brybrowsing(🤪) history & incognito mode.

The threat of a death penalty or life in prison hanging over one's head are great motivators to quickly and drastically improve one's fine motor skills. JMO

We know of him cleaning his car with bleach once in PA. I’d say it wasn’t the first cleaning that car had after the murders, with at least one likely including a vacuum.

JMO
He wouldn't have done a road trip with his father before cleaning out his car thoroughly. IMO

I think his father had been a school custodian/janitor for many years. He knows his Dad notices things like cleanliness. IMO

So sad and sadder still when evidence at trial is shared, and why many of us are here- These kids should be here. Their families and friends described them as, kind, funny, warm, goofy helpful, loved, excited about life!
- damn, they had their whole lives ahead of them , hopes, dreams, experiences, weddings, babies, plain days, rainy days, and challenges
Rubbed out ,all that light snuffed out in minutes by a giant knife wielding hopeless, jealous, dark, empty, resentful, weak evil monster who didn’t know any of them , just what they represented , goodness, joy, freedom, the ability to love and to be loved, Moo

Oh, most certainly. He likely would have cleaned out his car, road trip or not, seeing as how it was the car he used the night of the murders. I was only referring to tasks done due to his efforts to conceal what he’d done.👍

Wow, so DM did see XK when she dashed down to BF’s room shortly after the murders, and both BF and DM (again) saw XK laying on the floor of her bedroom, head toward the wall and feet toward the door, when they reentered the home with HJ and his girlfriend the next day.
I am also struck by the fact that HJ grabbed a kitchen knife when he and DM and BF reached the second floor of the home. I imagine he instinctively felt/knew something was very, very wrong in that house and wanted to be prepared to defend himself and the two girls.

I shoot video and 7 minutes is an eternity. It's all about context.
I went to a friend’s Black Belt test-part of it was 3 two minute rounds of sparring. Each round felt like an eternity of physical violence. I was shocked at how long 2 minutes feel.

It’s horrifying. I do believe that deep down, DM knew something was wrong, but her brain refused to accept it. How could it be possible? Like a young child hiding their eyes to make it not so. She came so close to becoming the fifth victim, I cannot imagine how she is able to cope.

Gross that the defendant says DM and BF weren't "sufficiently startled" by the events.

I don't care if it's a legal argument, it's a disgusting assertion, considering there was a masked assailant in the house and they'd come to learn four of their friends had been slaughtered.

It's almost like the defendant is disappointed they didn't freak out to his satisfaction.

JMO

Yes, because they are confronted with strange intruders and slaughtered friends most every day. They should be used to it.
Despicable assertion by the defense.

Judge Hippler:

"None of the other roommates were responding to their calls and texts, further indicating something was amiss. It would be potentially terrifying for anyone, including these young women. To argue that they would have run out of the house or called someone else for help had they really been startled unempathetically ignores these circumstances and the trauma and confusion they were evidently experiencing, which likely offset logical thought. Indeed, the girls' fear and confusion is evident in their words, with both questioning what was going on, D.M. stating she was "freaked out," "scared" and "confused" and B.F. attempting to get them together quickly for safety. They were clearly under stress and attempting to make sense of frightening situation."

This a profound statement.

Okay that's really interesting but I don't know where you're getting that from. Can anyone clarify source?

His birthday is 11/21 so maybe that had something to do with it.
