The gag order doesn’t apply to the media, and I can’t imagine the prosecution, or investigators would violate it.

The court and the defense won’t be happy with this though.

My guess is that they found a former detective or something who retained this stuff.

And once again, I just have to say that just because the public hasn't heard about some kind of evidence yet, it doesn't mean there is not more out there. People who think "We would have heard about it by now" will be surprised when the case gets to court. And even after, imho.

I’m way behind because I’m in Florida caring for both of my elderly and very ill parents, but this caught my eye.

I do think that if BK had fantasized about getting to Maddie, it quite likely could have involved a “before” scenario, followed by the murder. That plan was wrecked by having KG in the same bed.

IMO if BK came prepared with gloves, coveralls, etc., he may well have brought a condom to prevent identification through semen.

I was a juror on a case where an inebriated man had an argument with his girlfriend who was in a similar state. He subsequently SA'd her with a vegetable peeler. So who knows what this psychopath planned to do with his knife.

So many bombshells in the trailer alone, hard to imagine there'll be more, but I'm banking on it.

And once again, I just have to say that just because the public hasn't heard about some kind of evidence yet, it doesn't mean there is not more out there. People who think "We would have heard about it by now" will be surprised when the case gets to court. And even after, imho.

This case is different from most cases, as we typically have a preliminary hearing that lays out much of the case. We also have better access to court filings, that paint a much fuller picture than what we've been privy to here.

Because of those things, and because of the fact that there is certain to be a mountain of digital evidence, among other things, this case is going to take your point to the extreme.

We don't know the least of it.

The more we learn, the more ungenuine her motions read.

But I get it. BK has a passing interest in star gazing. Perfectly suitable. AT has him driving around in some alternate universe.

Too bad for BK, he'll be sentenced in this one.

She's in a bit of a conundrum. She can claim the state and investigators violated the gag order and leaked this stuff to Dateline, but in doing so she admits that it's true.
