I think for me, that answers the question of him absolutely planning to do it again. Not a one a done crime at all. IMO.

In a way I wish they'd stop contaminating the jury pool. Of course I am interested, but I'd hate for things to get thrown out or good jury members nixed for stupid reasons, like they pre saw possible evidence.

@MassGuy That is why I couldn't believe BK ordered his KBar on Amazon! Good grief. He could have anonymously gone to any gun show, and bought a ton of knives, with cash, no evidence trail.

I knew it, said awhile ago that BK’s computer/digital searches were likely going to add to bringing him down as we’ve seen in many a homicide case. And BK didn’t disappoint in this area giving us further insight into his demented mindset/depravity.

I also have always believed that
Ted Bundy likely was/is BK’s idol as the similarities I was noticing as the case unfolded and learning more as evidence has been released, there’s no doubt in my mind had he not been caught, BK would have killed again as I believe him to be a budding serial killer.
Bundy started out as a peeping tom, burglar/hot prowler breaking into homes in the middle of the night like BK, and Bundy was also the same age (27) when he broke into the Chi Omega Sorority house, assaulting 4 and killing 2 of the Chi Omega college students in just under 15 minutes, as BK was 27 when he broke into 1122 King Road (one week away from turning 28) and brutally slaughtered 4 college students in 10 minutes. Cue BK asking TB to hold his beer.

I said awhile ago after Judge H’s denials of most defense motions to exclude incriminating evidence that BK’s goose was not only cooked but burnt to a crisp. With this new info released about some of his digital searches and after what we learn tonight via Dateline episode, imo BK’s goose is not only burned to a crisp, he’s going down in proverbial flames!

It boggles the mind sometimes that he hasn’t gone ahead/agreed to plead guilty at this point as imo this dude has a snowball’s chance in he!! to be found NG at trial, but imo he’s gonna go all the way still thinking he can win ‘the game’. Either that, or he simply just doesn’t care and wants to prolong the inevitable and likely will get some sick satisfaction in dragging the victims’ families through grueling trial hearing about the horror of what all he did to their loved ones inflicting more pain and suffering onto the families. SMDH.

IMO BK is one sick, deranged individual and that’s putting it lightly. I can’t imagine what AT must be thinking in the lead up to this Dateline episode with the nation watching and knowing she’s been playing a losing hand all along, and with this episode airing 6 days prior to pretrial scheduling conference and 5 days prior to Judge H’s deadline for AT to produce alternate perp evidence if any exists which I personally doubt that any does.
AT’s likely pulling her hair out and probably not sleeping well these days either I’d imagine.

Getting my popcorn ready to watch Dateline in a few hours. Wonder if Judge Hippler will be tuning in to tonight’s episode? Ha!

It’s interesting because the criminal song went viral on TikTok with the Luigi Mangione case. So just kind of a weird thing that he looked this song up that I haven’t heard otherwise in 10+ years… if the shoe fits.

That leads me to believe it wasn’t necessarily a preoccupation with one person. He just wanted to kill.

Kohberger is an extremely dangerous man. You know when you are in bed and the lights are out and someone sneaks into your room, you have no time. it's you, the intruder and the walls. With a knife like the k-bar the murders happened fast with Bryan having the upper hand over the foggy and disoriented victims. This is a slaughter It also shows how close BK was willing to get to his victims in order to have his experience with this giant knife created specifically for killing enemy combatants. He's physically very dangerous and extremely strong. This poor little Bryan show is just an act. He can become very large very fast and even if he hasn't shown aggression since his arrest
I wouldn't under estimate him.

Remember it's 8:00 CST tonight for Dateline..

I think he was a peeping Tom driving around and parking late at night and found that her room was an easy target. His desires escalated, he zeroed in on her room and waited for the perfect time.

-In late September, records from the criminology student’s phone and in possession of law enforcement included an internet search for “Sociopathic Traits in College Student,” and the following month, there was a search for containing keywords “drugged” and “sleeping.”

...another online search: “Can Psychopaths behave prosocially,” according to Kohberger’s phone data.

-In the days after the murders, there was browsing activity on Kohberger’s phone that law enforcement would later collect forensically. One Google search was for “University of Idaho Murders.” Other searches were for a program about serial killer Ted Bundy and a YouTube video about the King Road victims.

In the meantime, the search history on Kohberger’s phone would show more videos of Ted Bundy, the song “Criminal” by Britney Spears and additional selfies, including Kohberger wearing a black hoodie like how Bundy was dressed in a program viewed on YouTube.

Quoting my own post for correction/accuracy as too late to edit. Bundy’s well known murder at age 27, which he later confessed to, was the abduction and killing of missing University of Washington student Lynda Ann Healy on 2/1/74.
He was 31 when he committed the Chi Omega sorority atrocity on 1/15/78.

Point still stands that like TB, BK targeted young, pretty female college student/s as imo fantasies forayed into breaking into college apartments/homes occupied by young, pretty college coeds to assault/kill them.
