New court filings in the Bryan Kohberger case in Ada County Idaho regarding the rules for courtroom conduct - the order covers the guidelines for the public and media on seating, security, cell phone, and disruptive behavior. Unlike the Sean Combs trial (federal), at least media can bring in cell phones and laptops and have them on silent.

Bryan Kohberger judge is discussing how the trial will go. He tells lawyers "I am not a fan of surprises, as you may have figured out by now."He doesn't want evidence issues to come up during the trial. Says nothing frustrates jurors more than delays during trial.

Kohberber prosecutor says they created a model of the murder house. It is now in the courthouse.Prosecutor apologizes for previously calling it the "dollhouse" model. Says that was not an appropriate term to use considering what happened there.

Defense says they have also inspected the model. Anne Taylor is asking where the model will be stored when it is not being used.Judge says they won't keep the model in the courtroom when it is not being used.

Kohberger judge says he received the defense's filing about "alternate perpetrators."He says it will be sealed.He is asking for additional information -- wants more evidence to support the allegations.

Judge has set a hearing on June 18th to discuss alternate perpetrators. Will give the state a chance to respond.I assume this one will be closed.

Sounds like they are dancing around the alternative suspect issue. Sounds like perhaps she submitted something, but Judge Hippler isn't sure it is going to fly, so we are going to have to wait a while longer to learn...

Bryan Kohberger judge is discussing juror questionnaires.They are drafting up a document that will weed out jurors based on what they know about the case.Then -- defense and prosecution will be able to review the responses.
