He said he saw her. She said she saw him. He also said he was on the bridge looking at fish. So yeah. I think thats saying he was seen, specifically.RSBM
Is there a witness that claimed to see RA specifically? TIA
There will be a random drawing to determine which outlets will get a pass to be inside the courtroom each day, and those passes will rotate.
Two of the media passes each day will go to pool reporters, which means they will brief all media and share their notes with the other reporters, including those who did not get a seat inside the courtroom.
By the way, after the judge turned down 13News' request for cameras in the courtroom, we asked if we could at least record audio, take still pictures, or have a closed feed of the trial sent to an overflow room, so more people could watch.
Gull said no to all of those options.
He supposedly had no relationship to the victims according to himself, so (respectfully) yes, I would think that is literal and not figurative. If we believe RA, there'd be no damage done by him to the victims in any scenario or at any level that could justify that statement being figurative.I see. But when he says “I killed Libby & Abby” that is literal, and not figurative.
Yeah because they are literally deadI see. But when he says “I killed Libby & Abby” that is literal, and not figurative.
It is not at all appropriate for memorial ribbons to be hung on a courthouse, unless it’s for law enforcement members, but most especially not appropriate in a courthouse in which a murder trial is taking place for the victims. But these aren't INDIVIDUALS wearing Abby/Libby t-shirts. This is a memorial type effort in honour of the girls from the city. The trial is about their deaths. But those ribbons are not making any comments about guilt or innocence. IMO
But I can see how it might be misinterpreted so it will probably be relocated to the shopping area or someplace.
The judge did not allow visible supporters of Karen Read to be within a certain distance of the courthouse. Edited to add: it was a 200’ buffer zone around the entire courthouse. There's nothing they can do, should do, for those outside on the sidewalks if they want to wear those ribbons and carry signs with the girls photos. Just not on the courthouse or in the courtroom. JMO
They put yellow ribbons up in honor of victims for which the accused was on trial, in that very courthouse at that time?I've watched courthouses put yellow ribbons up. I just googled it and there are tons pictures there too. So that is acceptable.
Also wearing of little red flowers on those who work at the courthouses honoring those who died is acceptable.
MOO is, this falls under the same principle.
He literally tipped himself in the day after the murders. He was probably one of the first 50 men to investigate. We don't know for sure that no one looked his way. It's possible he was a tipped in at some point. Problem is , so were thousands of other people over the years.
What about his confessions about sexually abusing multiple teen girls in Delphi? He supposedly had no relationship to the victims according to himself, so (respectfully) yes, I would think that is literal and not figurative. If we believe RA, there'd be no damage done by him to the victims in any scenario or at any level that could justify that statement being figurative.
We do not know if she said she saw Richard Allen specifically. We know she said she saw a man similar to the man in Libby’s video. He said he saw her. She said she saw him. He also said he was on the bridge looking at fish. So yeah. I think thats saying he was seen, specifically.
Source? He said he saw her. She said she saw him. He also said he was on the bridge looking at fish. So yeah. I think thats saying he was seen, specifically.
