Yes. Me, too. I wonder what triggered him so badly. Was it because he changed his timeline?
[snips]
B.W., a Carroll County resident who lives near the trail, testified that he clocked out of work at 2:01 p.m. Feb. 13, 2017 and drove about 20 to 25 minutes to his house. The girls, according to the prosecution's timeline, made it to the high bridge around 2 p.m. and disappeared shortly after.

The defense asked Weber on cross-examination if he'd stopped anywhere, as he'd previously told police. Weber, who appeared in court in overalls and disheveled hair, responded with a shout.

"No!"

His testimony ended there.

Mmm if only they had phone records of BW, and if only he'd appeared in the cell tower dumps.

(IMO, they do, lets see.)

Was anyone else surprised by BW reaction to being asked about if he had made any stops by the D? Just felt like it jumped very quickly to a defensive. I am NOT implicating him, but did sort of wonder why he jumped so fast when I read the notes from yesterday.

Some people are just very defensive and don't like to be questioned. Like my wife... LOL

Is there any link you can provide that tells us what info he got from Dr W? She claims in her testimony she only ever told him that 'people support you' and 'don't talk about the case with anyone but your lawyers'. Has anyone reported otherwise?

As far as I can tell, that information wasn’t detailed - only that she talked to RA about what she had seen on the internet.

Can’t find it now but Weber first told LE he dropped off a trailer after leaving work, then changed it to going straight home.

I've followed this case since it happened... and I have never heard and fact or even rumor that a van or any vehicle came down that gravel road at the time. So, there is VERY LITTLE CHANCE she saw it on the internet and then told RA about it.

The only way this could have come to RA was thru discovery and/or his lawyers.

I listen Hidden True crime because she made many notes and the question to Dr. Wala was "you talked with RA about the things that you saw in the internet about the case?" and she says yes. Then the next question was "what do you tell him about that you saw in the internet about case"? and she says she told to him that he have supporters.

I wonder about that subpoena that Baldwin served him.

I gotta tell you if I were Weber I’d be PO’ed as well. His property was searched early on, nothing found, then drug in to testify and now being subpoenaed to come back, yeah I’d PO’d.

Some folks just don’t want to be bothered.

I agree with you about that.

Same thing Dr W testified to in the pre-trial hearing then, no inconsistency, IMO. Thank you, I didn't have time to watch the whole HTC episode today.

Upon cross-examination, things got heated between Weber and defense attorney Andrew Baldwin:
Baldwin: "You didn’t drive straight home from work on Feb. 13."
Weber: "That’s not correct."
Baldwin: "You told law enforcement on Feb. 17 or Feb. 18 you went and worked on your ATM machines."
Weber: "I said I dropped off a trailer."
Baldwin: "That was earlier in the day. You went and worked on your ATM machines."
Weber: "(Starts yelling) That’s not correct! No!"
Baldwin then handed Weber a subpoena and Weber stormed out.

It's a very big request to ask SA victims to do that if it's not completely necessary. We'll find out, I guess.

100% agreed. Not to mention the statistics. Only 12% of child SA is reported to LE. https://www.nsvrc.org/sites/default...packet_statistics-about-sexual-violence_0.pdf
I wouldn't be surprised if any victims of SA in RA's family, if they exist, refuse to come forward even now. It is a great ask, and I don't believe it is needed for BARD.

All MOO

Edited for clarity.

The Odinists placed runes over their sacrifices!
The doctor leaked info to him!
The neighbor checked ATMs!
The catfisher was in a car nearby!
Sweep, sweep....just clearing that clutter that out of the way.
