Have multiple family members with eyebrows like that. They look spectacularly groomed, and have never been touched. This causes constant envy by women in the family. Comical.

I disagree. Someone outside USA who wanted to influence our culture so we prefer an assassin to the rule of law couldn't have picked a better victim and killer to accomplish that response.
I barely take yellow cabs these days, but my guess is that it’s a bi-directional dash cam. It would be very visibly obvious, and there’s simply no reason to be so clearly within its line of sight unless one wanted to be. He could have just stayed to one side and liked out the side window the whole trip. I doubt this was an unintentional slip.
I don't think they are groomed. If you zoom in, they aren't that well-shaped.
