He looks a little different in every photo...I still say the eyebrows are fake. He could also wear different colored contacts in his eyes.
Yes, they could be dyed. I also think there is an underbrow highlighter. I wonder if he is a stage actor.

He does look a little different in each photo. Wonder what his natural face looks like?
He's a good looking guy with a nice smile. It's the mask that limits attention to the eyebrows and eyes taking away from the pleasant more relaxed look at the hostel.

Lucifer was supposed to be good looking too. I think a lot of people tend to go easy on folks who are easy on the eyes. I mean this guy is on camera shooting and killing a fellow human and half the Internet thinks he is not a bad guy! He is no crusader or hero, sorry.

Just watched a BT clip where he talks corporate mumbo jumbo - he’s nice and slightly robotic. Respectfully, I would be surprised if he understands much about the tech he’s talking about.

This actually touches on the true bottle neck of human technical improvements - how will it happen when the ceos know nothing - and some of the up-and-comings are so imbibed with hubris they think the only way is that they should eliminate the talking heads?

And of course it doesn’t help with the increasing university elitism in the US - I’m talking about how a degree from Harvard/Yale/X is the required sign of approval that opens all doors - at the expense of every one else. But I digress.

It would be nice with an appetite for being constructive rather than….this.

What emotions do you see in his eyes? (source)

Looking at his photo in the cab makes me think of the Mind in the Eyes test.

Any controversy about the test aside, it shows you a series of photographs of people's eyes and you have to guess the emotions in them. You can take it here. Scroll down about 1/3 to get to the Mind in the Eyes test.
I think he's absolutely exhausted, he's gone a long time without sleep. The sclera of his eyes are red and his eyes are red-rimmed. He's pushing through the exhaustion to focus, staring at the surveillance camera while wondering when he can finally let his guard down.

Addt'l photos of suspect
Is it just me or does it look like he's wearing makeup? I'm not even talking about mascara but I swear that is highlighter under the eyebrows and around the eyes. The lashline is very dark too, like the skin between the lashes. I would not be surprised if the perp is using makeup techniques to alter the appearance of their face with highlights and contours.

It also looks like there is something under the mask. The nose, mouth, and chin lines look off to me. I did not buy into the idea of special effect prosthetics when they were originally pitched but I'm beginning to wonder now. Especially given how meticulously planned it all seems to be.

The New York City Police Department, with assistance from Atlanta Police and surrounding law enforcement jurisdictions, have searched the bus terminal in Downtown Atlanta and in Marietta in connection with the investigation into the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, NBC 4 New York confirmed.

Indeed. He looks like a young Borat. He’s enhanced the contrasts in his face.

Yes I was wondering about fake eyelashes as well.

Thompson's family taped a statement to the door of one of their homes, obtained by KARE 11, in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

"We are shattered to hear about the senseless killing of our beloved Brian. Brian was an incredibly loving, generous, talented man who truly lived life to the fullest and touched so many lives," it read. "Most importantly, Brian was an incredibly loving father to our two sons and will be greatly missed. We appreciate your condolences and request complete privacy as our family moves through this difficult time."

There's still something about the chin area that changes for me. Like a longer make-up type prosthetic? And the nose. Can't put my finger on it exactly. It's like the subtle changes that actors make to change their face just enough to be realistic for a character, but they still look like themselves when they make facial expressions. Now with these new photos he may have added a beard? It's hard to tell with the medical mask.

Looks like a beard is poking out from under the mask in one of the photos released (cropped and circled by me)

Citizen sleuth,
I could not agree more with you!!!!

So weird. Right? There's too many lumps to the adam's apple also. It doesn't look like real flesh, either. It looks like cloth. Puffed out. Almost like a dicky. (or is it the lighting? who knows?).

When I zoom in the photo on the right, it seems puffed out like he has a mask underneath his surgical mask. (Like the previous poster mentioned further back).

And for $19.99 on Amazon, a person can buy a half-face mask with a beard which would account for the dark coloring you very-observantly-and-helpfully circled which is underneath.

How many disguises does he have?

(moo.)

He looks more Middle Eastern in the new photos compared to the old ones where I thought he looked Russian. Either way, he is from an area known for deep unrest and strife and criminal organizations.
[Mod Snip off Topic].

I personally don't think he did anything to his face...no makeup, no prosthetics, no dying, no latex stuff....no need to disguise himself.
Now, after the fact and being on the run is another story.

Yeah, I don't know where or when he would have been able to even do that staying in the hostel with what I'm assuming is shared bathrooms let alone while escaping from the scene of the crime

Then why wear a mask? If you don’t need a disguise….

I agree with you about the unlikelihood of dying or or latex or anything too extreme but he did want his identity disguised to some degree.

I think he’s unfortunately smart enough to predict the attention he would receive. Then it makes more sense to disguise yourself during the criminal activity rather than having to disguise yourself for the rest of your life. IMHO obviously

I noticed the highlighter, looks like brows are enhanced. Looks like under liner. I think he accentuated his eyes to distract from other features.
I thought his chin looked enhanced/prosthetic when he removed his mask. More than likely he has colored contacts.

He's smart and savvy. I do believe he was well disguised should he be required to remove this mask.
Moo....
