Any manifesto could easily be on the dropped phone. LE may not want to make it public yet.
I've never stayed in a hostel and never plan to. I like my privacy. I also like my own bathroom. It begs the question if this guy took a bus to NYC from November 24 to Dec 4 he must have had a shower or a shave during that time. Are showers in a hostel similar to those in the Y or other gyms where it's communal? He has quite dark eyebrows and lashes so I presume when his beard grows, it would also be dark. My husband can have the beginning of a decent beard in 4 days so this guy might be the same. He could have been walking around in different clothes without a mask wearing sunglasses and no one would refer to him based on the current images we have.Yes. I have it in my notes from a CNN broadcast:
John Miller:
He's on a bus that originates in Atlanta, but haven't established when he got on that bus. So Atlanta may not have been his starting point. It'll come together.
Gets here around the 24th, which puts him here a lot longer than previously believed. Checked into that hostel. Chats with clerk at the desk (flirty) she asked to see his face. That yielded the most significant clue to identify him.
Checks out of hostel and checks back in a day or two later (later learned it was an administrative checkout because he may not have returned on time). Goes to Hilton right away. Knows about the conference obviously.
Mask everywhere. Went to Mcdonalds. It's all about finding that weak moment where he takes down hood and mask. Haven't found that yet.
Sure - most of the world believes that healthcare should be accessible. However, the whole 'murdering someone for ideological reasons' is where the narcissistic piece comes into play. This guy feels like he's judge, jury, and executioner.A narcissist that has the moral high ground? Most of the world believes that good healthcare should be accessible and privatized insurance providers are greedy. His actions were extreme but far from a narcissist.
I'm wondering if he arrived with the black backpack (and perhaps the grey or acquired it in NYC), then ditched the black one along with whatever else he brought before the murder. Then ditched the grey one in the park and left with nothing. Those backpacks were a huge liability as far as an identifying feature.Different backpacks.
First one when his face is covered is light color gray on both straps. The next image with his face covered is a black strap over his shoulder.
Is it possible he had a bag planted somewhere he switched and picked up with more resources/disguises?
It's true. His actions were like a dogwhistle for a constellation of beliefs a lot of people are familiar with.Social media is writing it. There are a few versions.
Joking, but not joking.

I don't know, if you blow it up, looks like a beard ...I think it's a shadow, too.
It's still in the mail. USPS is kind of slow.
This. This feels like the Unabomber, TikTok editionI'm convinced there's a manifesto out there somewhere, we just haven't seen it yet.
From that link:
"Former Washington, D.C., homicide detective Ted Williams said the Monopoly money in the backpack is the "killer playing games with the authorities. All part of a cat and mouse game."
"This killer knew they would more likely than not find the backpack, and he is leaving breadcrumbs to let [the] authorities know that he is in control, not them," he said."

I think he likes to play games and taunt LE and the general public. Leaving breadcrumbs to find but only if you look in the right places.This. This feels like the Unabomber, TikTok edition
In the NY/NJ/PA area there are groups of people (think religions) where having access to the outside world (influences) is frowned upon. But, this young person may have access to everything after leaving the family to attend University for example. This person may have always been careful about leaving an obvious social imprint. This person is not likely to have a criminal past. These groups historically have very strong family and community ties. They also may have particular habits regarding diet and the Sabbath. Of course there are other strict enclaves across the country and the world, but I still think the killer has a connection to the NE area of US.How does that square with his acclimation to NYC and the confidence and ease he showed while riding the bike in the city traffic? Knowing all the ways in and out on Central Park, the bus station, etc? If he is from a remote region, how is he so well versed in English to be able to get around NYC? Why would he be remotely interested in something going on in the US if he lives in an area without internet? How would he even know?
A quick reference to manifestos and the timing of their release -- the Greek terror organization November 17 would send a manifesto out after their operation. It could be sent out as much as two months after their attack. If this is an organized group with a public agenda that required it, the manifesto could be released later. It keeps the intention of the attack in the public arena longer. Also, if it is an ideological attack of a group it might be considered "armed propaganda," where by the action itself the group and their cause is given space in the public market place of ideas. And, in a sense, that is what happened here when the media is absorbed with the murder. Time will tell. These comments are just reflection patterns using historical examples. The masked man doesn't have to be a lone wolf as he is currently assessed to be. It could be he is the only known actor at this time.Any manifesto could easily be on the dropped phone. LE may not want to make it public yet.
Maybe he has thyroid cancer. I remember a nurse contacting Tarek El Moussa on the Flip or Flop show about a lump under his Adam's apple. As much as I firmly believe he was not wearing a mask or prosthetics or makeup in the getaway cab photos.
I just saw someone point this out on X. And now I can’t unsee it or decide if he may actually have noticed something big. I’m still on the fence.
What do you think?
The man on X points to the neck in this photo and says it looks like the neck part of the mask is not tucked in. Upon zooming in… the neck does look very odd… could just be camera angle.
I was very dismissive of this possibility….
What are your thoughts?
It does mean something because Reuters has added a correction.
or it is in the UHC mail room going through securityIt's still in the mail. USPS is kind of slow.
Or suicide.I don't know about usually, but there have been plenty of cases in which he identity of the suspect was known to LE but not to the public until an arrest was made. Bryan Kohberger, for example.
LE never wants to tip off a perpetrator that they have him or her in their sights. That could lead to, at the very least, the perp destroying evidence.
Exactly what kind of claim being denied do you think causes a 77 year old to die? Not being snarky, but I am generally curious what all these claims are that cost death? In my personal network, I could count at least eight cancers, four open heart surgeries, two dialysis patients, several congenital defect situations, three neonatal stays and many more things and have never heard one claimed denied. Not saying it doesn’t happen obviously. Oh and many have uhc. Again Im not doubting and obviously all it takes is one but I’m also wondering are these proof or just how the family feels that something might have worked? She could very well be correct.
