CNN just said person being questioned is age 26.
Nice... throw away your life at such a young age.

Oh to be 26 again--- but most likely all of us here who are older than that, would be making supremely wiser choices !!!!
Omo.

Somewhat unbelievable. With all of that careful planning and he keeps the gun?For crying out loud, if he couldn't part with his expensive weapon, then bury it somewhere and return to retrieve it 6 months from now. Big mistake...Huge !

The latter. 100%It will be interesting to find out whether he had a B&T pistol, or a common semiautomatic with a suppressor.
Agreed.Being on a bus at this point was not smart. JMO.
yeah only explanation I can think of is he was planning to do it againSomewhat unbelievable. With all of that careful planning and he keeps the gun?

You guys are great and yes you absolutely are voice of reason!@MassGuy, this is why I follow some of the same cases you do. Always the voice of reason. Thank you.

That would explain that unbelievable decision of keeping the gun. Perhaps he still needed it. JMOThis sure sounds like the right guy.
I think he was on his way to his next victim, and that's why he still had the very distinctive gun. If it was a ghost gun, it wasn't in the system and he knew that.
MOO
IK put a lot of thought and planning into his SK travels (hiding kill bags across the country, etc.) but he was caught just like most SK are. Too bad he killed himself while in custody before he could finish confessing to his crimes.only one i can think of that basically was is Israel Keyes. He put in the hard work to actually be smarter

this is what i found odd too, in terms of the theory that this was a revenge/anger at insurance killing. but possibly he had more planned before releasing it... (scary)So the manifesto was to be released....when? When caught? Hand-delivered somewhere? What was he waiting for?

I think he’s going to be like your standard assassin. Some creepy loner weirdo who people who know him would describe as “odd.”He really should've had more than one fake ID and threw them away regularly. Come on.
I praised his planning, but I'm taking it all back.

Agree!@MassGuy, this is why I follow some of the same cases you do. Always the voice of reason. Thank you.
MOO: I believe this is completely correctNot if he wants to go down in the history books in a certain way. Which I think is what this person wants. He's fairly young and probably sees himself as a folk hero, at this point. A kind of Billy the Kid. Such persons have existed throughout most of recent history and many do see themselves as primitive rebels or even as leaders of larger movements.
The reasons for keeping the gun and the fake ID are probably psychologically complex, for him.
IMO
He’s one article. Sorry, I’m trying to work and pay attention at the same time. Ugh UnitedHealthcare CEO shooting latest: Man being held for questioning in Pennsylvania, sources sayWhere is this being reported, please?
TIA.
Hilarious. Once I was on vacation in Peru and Joran Van der Sloot went thru town on a bus, just blocks from me. We had been posting online about his running south from lima and his murder.imagine you're on WS like "you guys, where could he be, where IS he?" and he's actually just feet from you lol

Was he taken into custody at McDonalds or on the bus? Reading conflicting info. Curious about his destination if he was on the bus.
