Wow! Did you guys see that on Reuters Live a few seconds ago? The police delivered him to court just now and he turned and yelled something loudly, sort of pushing away from officers, bellowing something about "injustice in the system and this being an insult to the intelligence of the American People."
Actually, HE'S an insult to the American people. What a loser. I doubt he has any psychiatric problems at this point. He seems pretty lucid and appears to want to continue with his game of being some kind of anarchistic hero.

Amazing he managed to stay 10 days at a hostel without lashing out and being angry at anyone. Now he's the angry guy because he's caught.
Probably one of the few times in his life that he has no control. JMO

" is completely out of touch and is an insult to the intelligence of the American people... [and their] lived experience..." is what I heard.

With the recent published and supposed ‘taunts’ from the alleged assailant just now while being taken into a hearing…… IMO perhaps some attention needs to be removed from this suspect. It would be most unfortunate to grant him or give him any more ‘oxygen’ to flame what ever his so-called beliefs. Real or imagined. MOO

Anyone know what "bomb/silent" means in the last charge? (Bottom)
Yesterday people were saying it's because he used a silencer

Oh lord...now there's a lady on Reuters Live, loudly scolding reporters to clear off her property near the courthouse. Wow!

based on his outburst it’s likely his trial will become the people v the health insurance industry. given the overwhelming reactions we see online that is not something these companies are going to want to endure. it makes me wonder if there will be pressure to seek a plea agreement. The circus factor will be through the roof otherwise. Tough situation.

@BrianEntin

Luigi Mangione inside Altoona, PA McDonalds eating what appears to be a hash brown before arrest.

Or an Epstein style mysterious death in his cell to silence him

I think the full quote is: “That’s completely out of touch and an injustice to the intelligence of the American people and their lived experience.”

Thank you for explaining this. Would his 'laying in wait" for him victim impact his charges somehow?
Bbm.
Premeditation ?

Waiting around well actually standing around for an hour at least ?
Then escaping by bicycle.
Doesn't it sound like that will impact his defense if the atty. tries to go for a, "Well he was debilitated from back pain, etc." ??
Omo.

He just yelled something, I missed some of it but caught this "....an insult to the American people...experience..."

ETA - I believe he said “This is extremely unjust. This is an insult to the intelligence of the American people!”
Now I want to know what he is considering "unjust", is it his arrest for assassinating Brian Thompson? What an ego.

I agree.
"...this is extremely unjust and an insult to the intelligence of the American people....(unintelligible) experience!"

Wonder if he's going to be able to keep his mouth shut in court?

The medical condition the article says he has, spondylolisthesis, is linked to urinary incontinence.

Has the reddit account being quoted in the article been approved / discussed yet? I'm still catching up in thread #7, and didn't want to mention things in it if hasn't been yet.
Lesson I have learned today: do not read the comments on newspapers about people who suffer this condition (or any other condition). I had never heard of spondylolisthesis until this case started. Reading people mentioning that can cause brain fog, inability to do basic things on a daily basis, and continuous suicidal ideation has left me KO. Jmoo.

The DMRegister YT video reports his comment as:

"... is completely out of touch and is an insult to the intelligence of the American people and its lived experience,"
