If someone wanted to silence BT due to the ongoing high-level investigations, it's not hard to imagine such a villain could come up with the idea to blame an "activist." Sowing turmoil would be beneficial in covering the true motive.Seems very possible. Also the message on the bullet may be a red herring to divert attention to domestic protest groups.
This looks like a professional hit, not an angry activist. JMO
It's on my list of theories, but I admit my list is long. I haven't whittled it down yet and I am leaving open spots on the list for ideas we haven't considered yet.
