Very sad day today. Multiple sources telling ABC that it is Jessica. May God bless her family and friends and I am hoping for a quick arrest and justice for the monster who did this to this beautiful child. http://abclocal.go.com/wls/story?section=news/national_world&id=8843242

Where are you Gabbiee??? I have to think she is close by since LE had Grant in their sights pretty quickly....

If I had to guess this monster was quite the "smooth operator" in courting the mother; probably with intentions from the beginning for Gabbiee. Makes me sick. Two victims in this instance.

This is devastating news. My prayers are with Gabbiee's Mom and her friends and relatives. I live about 1.5 hours away and have been watching closely hoping she is found unharmed. With the disclosure by the Sheriff that they found blood on duct tape in this monster's home, I am very...

Just want to say thank you for sharing your personal story and that I am so glad your gut instinct kicked into high gear and you did not get in the car with that evil man!

I really hope this is not the "evidence" leading LE to believe they are still alive because at this point it is very very weak.... likelihood of them being killed at the location of abduction is very low. Likelihood later, much higher. IMO

Just did a search on this very question and several reputable sites consistently state that a deactivated cellphone (i.e. no service contract) can still make 911 calls as long as it is charged and can detect a signal (any available signal). Wireless providers are required by law to make their...

Slightly OT but the very sad story below shows why LE was so focused on the lake intially. If you are playing the odds it is so much more likely to have an accidental drowing rather than a stranger abduction. Just at the swimming area of a lake in my area, there have been 5 drownings since...

The "thank you" button just didn't seem like enough. I appreciate you sharing your personal history which will help many of us understand the different lifestyles/upbringing of these children. I believe Lyric views her grandmother and HC & DC more of her "parents" since MCM and DM were away...

Looked but can't find the post you are referring to. Which status update is it under? Thanks in advance.

I agree. My daughter is only 7 but very social. I feel if she were a little older and allowed to ride her bike unsupervised, she would be attracted to areas where other kids are located. I remember comments about Elizabeth being a very friendly and social child.

No - I remember reading this in a MSM article as well. I don't know about you, but I can't hink of any errand more important than locating my two granddaughters/neices.... very strange. MOO

Good thought but I would guess he FBI would have first hand physical knowledge that MM and DM were together in violation of the no-contact order since I assume no police were present in the hotel room in the middle of the night when they were breaking down the door. Apparently and MOO.

My thought process was from the bike path, around the fence, through the wooded area to the shore. MOO of course

Which perfectly supports a theory that the girls dropped their bikes and got into a paddle boat with someone. Is it a possibility that the purse could have been thrown back on shore (as in, you can get that later)?

"Court records show Morrissey, 36, had been expected in court for a change of plea hearing in one of his drug cases the day before the kids vanished. Prosecutor BW said such hearings usually indicate a guilty plea it likely to be entered, but he declined to comment directly on Morrissey's case...

I find this to be a very plausible theory. I have always thought that Lyric had been "groomed" and then abducted by someone. Just still on the fence whether it is someone with a connection to the family/drug scene or not...

This also looks like Misty to me. I agree it would be strange to sit 2 feet from where your MIL is doing an interview about your missing daughter and not be engaged/listening.....
