The Defense used a different expert who they claim ruled BK out.

State stands by its expert. Says the Defense can cross and rebut but asks the Court to deny the Defense's motion to suppress the Inconclusive finding.

State's Responses to Murder, Psychopath, Sociopath

State reserves the right to use the word murder because BK is CHARGED with 4 counts of MURDER. No attempt by the Defense for lesser charges like self-defense so murder. It's a murder trial.

As to Psychopath and Sociopath, State says it's not going to use those words....

Except.... since the Defense brought up mental illness (ASD), the Statd might want to have him tested by their experts and depending on what they learn, they might need to adjust using those terms.

and getting no responses, they likely went on Instagram and
Snapchat/Snapchat messaging checking to see if MM, KG, XK, EC were posting anything on Instagram, and messaging other friends of the group checking to see if anyone heard from or called their roommates and EC and were also receiving no responses. As they saw no postings from their roommates and EC on Instagram and verified other friends not getting any responses from the 4 individuals either, DM/BF grew more and more concerned and made the decision to call 911.

You might be onto something. Not a best time, but perhaps the Moscow murders were not his first murders. And IF there was/were previous murders (likely only 1, I can't imagine more and not caught till now)... then he might be self-congratulating himself on a job well down from killing 1, to 4 at once, and in record time no less (mere minutes).

Theory.

DM can't quite seem to settle on what she saw (of his face) or how she saw it (full on, sideways, one brow or two), or whether she saw his nose or not.

In addition to his prominent brow, BK has a notable proboscis. If BK had a mask designed only with an eye opening, IMO a great deal of the prominent bridge of his nose would show. A mere half of his nose could give the impression of a whole nose, just like his highbrow gives the impression of bushy eyebrows from every angle IMO.
