Breaking: #Idaho judge ruled Friday to allow a surviving roommate in the #Idaho4 murder case to testify she saw intruder with "bushy eyebrows," a blow to defense for #BryanKohberger, which wanted the physical trait nixed at trial. Story w/

IMO, must have been one of his WinCo trips. Google maps shows that intersection is very close to WinCo.![]()
Bryan Kohberger was stopped by police minutes from Idaho murders home in August
At the time of the August incident, Mr Kohberger was driving his white Hyundai Elantra – the same vehicle that would later be at the centre of the investigation into the murderswww.the-independent.com
"A citation from Latah County Sheriff’s Office, obtained by The Independent, reveals that the 28-year-old criminology PhD student was stopped by police on 21 August for failing to wear his seatbelt.
The traffic stop took place at around 11.40pm at the intersection of West Pullman Road and Farm Road in Moscow, Idaho.
It is not clear what Mr Kohberger was doing in the area at the time – just 1.7 miles and a five-minute drive from the home on King Road where Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin were stabbed to death on 13 November after returning from a night out."
The incredible shrinking and sinking man.View attachment 580089
Is BK sitting in... the basement?
That photo, of JH... with his L shaped hand/fingers positioned ever so exhaustedly (from listening to AT's woes? lol) on his chin makes me smile every time I see him do that@kfixler

To whom do we think he said it?
As he descended the stairs after murdering MM and KG, was he shrouded in darkness when XK perhaps set her food in the kitchen, then emerged from the darkness as she moved toward her bedroom, his words designed to allay any fear so he could gain control over her? In three strides, he could have overtaken her, easy in the microslice of time her brain would have taken time evaluate friend v. foe, giving him the advantage, upon her while she was still processing, then a whimper as she realized he was 100% foe and by then, BK might have had her at her bedroom door, weapon to her neck, when he saw EC.
It's all too horrific, no matter how one imagines it.

I think he will, we'll see! Would be interesting. He just thinks he's too smart for EVERYBODY imo.Maybe BK will surprise us and take the stand.
Different case, soon headed to deliberation, the defendant took the stand and admitted to everything except the murder, somehow he didn't do that but he did kindly clean up the crime scene (where his murdered girlfriend lived) (as one does) and dispose of very incriminating evidence, everything but her body.
Maybe BK will have a similar story, how he just happened by the house, missed tripping over the real murderer but somehow left his knife and sheath there magically both before and after the murders, for that other guy to use half and leave half behind.
Maybe he'll demonstrate for us how he used to couldn't tie his shoelaces or apparently ride a bike.
As if it were relevant.

I've always thought he said it to XK. However, my thought is not a good thought. We know she had defensive wounds - I think I recall almost severed fingers. IMO, He threw her against the wall, out of the way so he could get to EC before he could pose any threat. Then he went back to "put her out of her misery" (and said he was going to help her). I hate thinking about it.To whom do we think he said it?

Not dissimilar to the sweatered ninja defense presented in the sad MollieTibbett's trial.
It can happen when defendants take the stand, with false confidence their story is somehow credible. Perhaps they don't think they're as much smarter than everyone else but that everyone else is just that dumb.
Perhaps BK has grown accustomed to exhausting his audience with pedantic answers, lengthy but without traction, and misinterpreted their fatigue and surrender to his genius.
Or maybe he'll just want to talk about stars.

Ha-ha Yep! He think's he's "smarter than the averageBenjamin Roberts was in four classes with Kohberger at Washington State. Roberts told "48 Hours'" correspondent Peter Van Sant that Kohberger was very quick to offer his opinion and thoughts and that Kohberger would describe things in the most complicated, perhaps academic way possible.
"Trying to impress people?" Van Sant asked.
"It was like he was trying to convince people that he knew what he was talking about," replied Roberts.

Bryan Kohberger's high school friends say the accused killer was overweight and bullied
Kohberger is charged with the murders of four University of Idaho students. His study of criminology was an attempt "to understand humans and … himself," according to a friend.www.cbsnews.com
That was my thought too, and I still wonder if he perhaps saw one or more of them at WinCo initially, and somehow followed them home. I can imagine them doing a late night beer run if a party was going on at 1122 King Rd. JMOIMO, must have been one of his WinCo trips. Google maps shows that intersection is very close to WinCo.
I believe too that this was not random by any means of the imagination. And 3 of the souls were 'collateral damage' to the murderer~ for jut being thereThat was my thought too, and I still wonder if he saw one or more of them at WinCo initially, and somehow followed them home. AT succeeded in getting BK associated with Bushy Eyebrows at a viral level.@kfixler

Word saladThe most intellectual dummy in the room?
ETA He sure seems to be trying to show his innocence in the most complicated but moronic way possible.
