AT’s argument would outlaw pretty much all forensic and evidence collection at crime scenes and everywhere else. Sounds like she thinks everybody has a right to privacy anywhere they go simply because we shed skin cells and DNA.

No case law says that there is a reasonable expectation of privacy from DNA left a crime scene. Prosecutor picking apart cases cited by the defense.

Lord, the Defense is arguing that the trash pull is suspect but they said there was no proof the trash cans were at the turn and not in the driveway proper.

State sets the record straight. Documented. Video from LE body/dash cam. All in discovery, all excluded from the Defense's motion to the Court.

AT isn't looking very squeaky clean today.

Did she think the state wouldn't know their own evidence and be able to show their proof as well as show that it was provided to the defense?
