Admirable patience given his body language. Everyone in the room except the defense want him to tell AT to just stop.

The Defense's argument in the motion for a hearing for a hearing inspired the Prosecution to take another look at security cameras. The area where AT contended the Elantra would have had to be but wasn't? Turns out it was a motion camera that would not have picked up that corner.

What difference does it make which way BK's Elantra was pointed over an hour before the crime was committed?

Wasn't there an unrelated police presence at his complex that night? Who knows what round about approach he used to get from Pullman to Moscow? Same with his return trip. Just because it's not mapped inch by inch doesn't preclude him from doing it.

I was thinking maybe it was XK running down the stairs to pick up her doordash, and then back up. Between the 2nd and 1st floors. IDK, but I wish AT hadn't brought up A LIVING VICTIM, and her interview, and throwing in that "she had too much to drink" SHAME ON HER. SHAME. ON. HER.

After the first two hearings where BK look tall and imposing, even sat in his chair, they have been intentionally lowering his chair to make him appear small and meek. At this rate you'll barely be able to see his face in future hearings. Just his manicured eyebrows.

Apparently, AT doesnt trust anything about “Bryan's” case and is pushing for a Franks hearing - she’s challenging most everything.. claims false statements, mistakes/false info with the investigation. moo
