Glad to see the testimony from the DNA expert and put that hair to rest (hopefully..). As many of us suspected, there isn't usable DNA in this case. The killer managed to commit the crime without leaving usable DNA.
Isn’t that crazy to imagine? Esp when we hear how it may have gotten crazy, interrupted and a little sloppy. Just wish there could have been something!

IIRC Instructions to the Jury the first day was they’re allowed to take notes but not discuss the trial amongst themselves until deliberation, after the trial has ended.

Indiana Jury Rule 20 allows them to do so:
(8) that jurors, including alternates, are permitted to discuss the evidence among themselves in the jury room during recesses from trial when all are present, as long as they reserve judgment about the outcome of the case until deliberations commence. The court shall admonish jurors not to discuss the case with anyone other than fellow jurors during the trial.

JMO, the LE mistakes will be outweighed by the dishonesty and trickery of the DT.
Most of the investigative errors worked in RA's favor. Who knows how much evidence he and time have destroyed.

Had he been re-interviewed in 2017, it would have been a pretty straight-forward arrest IMO.

It still was, just with a whole lot more noise.

So Abby was found in Libby’s clothes. Libby was found nude. The purpose of that I guess will forever remain in the mind of a twisted murderer.
There’s a chance his confessions could tell us. If it makes sense, we might get an answer.

I suspect that the confessions will tell us a lot of things - some we'll like and some we won't.

I'm saying the entire video has been played with. The BG is much further away from where the girls were when AW was seen running at the end of the bridge. Seconds later is when the audio that's been described as "down the hill" was "heard".

How did he get across the bridge so quickly to catch up to them?

Did he sprint across it? All I've heard is it's a trecherous bridge and you've gotta look down when moving across it.
Abby froze in fear at the end of the bridge. “There's no path -- the trail ends here, so we have to go down here?"
Pausing at the end allowed enough time for BG to catch up. He was familiar with crossing the bridge.

Libby’s video is not part of some conspiracy to frame RA.

Sure would like to know where he disposed of his bloody muddy clothes….gloves.

I don’t believe he washed his clothes. What about his shoes?
I’d be surprised if he had shoes still from 2017 in 2022. Moo.

and, if, as several have speculated, he had scoped out the area on a previous occasion, he knew he had plenty of time to catch up to the girls without having to run, as he knew they had nowhere to go but back onto the bridge towards him or "down the hill" he intended to force them down anyway. The point still stands though. That jury room may be very animated or very quiet. Not sure which means what really. Moo.

That’s shocking to me. They don’t have RA dna or anyone’s dna. Killers everywhere will study this to figure out how the killer did this. Moo.

I'm sorry, I can't agree with what your questions are implying because there's absolutely no evidence that's been delivered in testimony that put's anyone but BG on that bridge with the girl's.

LE tech did not "play with" the video's depth perception to make it seem he was the one (when he wasn't) speaking those words to the girls and then kidnapping those girls down the hill to their deaths. There's been absolutely no evidence of that tech deception in testimony. BG was close enough to Abby to make her bolt even though it was her first time on that dangerous bridge. That's my opinion. That's what's the evidence presented has convinced me of.

All just my opinion. We've never even seen the entire original video nor the enhanced one to judge it ourselves, with our own eyes. I rely on the testimony of LE's tech investigators. I don't believe anything but honest work was done to enhancing that video to try and catch a child murderer...to protect and serve. MHO
Reasonable doubt for me. BG isn’t moving his mouth in the video. We don’t see him tell the kids anything. We hear the words. Could be anyone who spoke them. Moo based on testimony last week.

Ironically, judging by what appears to have been going on in the audio of that video, it appears they were attempting to flee down the hill (looking for a path).

So by the time he caught up with them he just had to keep them moving.
