Voila. Thank you for sharing, can we all put the poor hair to rest now? (wistful thinking, I am sure we will hear about it about 102 more times, but one can hope.) MOO
From the trials I have previously watched, DNA testimonies are AGONISING because they tend to ask the expert to establish everything re: What is DNA. How do you test it. Why. Etc, before they even get to the matches. So the exact opposite of what I thought. Ok then!
I don’t see that in the post to which I responded. Why?When did the DNA expert say the test was performed?

We're not privy to the video so all I can do is report from somebody who has seen it, and maybe has a better appreciation of the distances etc.
RA's spouseWho is KA?
Who is KA?
For God’s sake don’t let any LEO near it. They evidently have issues with pushing the right buttons.Bergmann:
Maybe they need some extra time to get the $70k AV podium to work first...![]()
She would know.RA's wife, Kathy.
Are the jurors allowed to take notes?
Because for instance if it was tested before the trial started then this would predate 'D throwing spaghetti against the wall'.I don’t see that in the post to which I responded. Why?
imagine that. The simplest of things. Innocent transfer. But then, DT knew that was going to be the case when they made much ado about it not matching their client's in opening statements. Just the same smoke and mirrors, don't mind the plethora of confessions you will hear in this trial, look over here, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
All that mess, all that hollering, all that getting people riled up.
Al that mess, all that hollering, all that getting people riled up.
Actually shame on them.
