Re: Backyard. There is another dwelling on the property with direct access to the backyard. Someone who was in that RV could have noticed the children unattended and removed them from the property. We have no idea who was in that RV that morning - if anyone - because it has never been discussed by DM. But I don't think these potential suspects should be overlooked just because DM hasn't mentioned them.

Hypothetically, if someone from the RV took these kids that morning, that aligns 100% with both DM and MBM's version of the events, and could explain why MBM left and her mother made accusations. It could also explain their ongoing silence, as they have very strong suspicions about who is responsible, but no proof. It could explain why DM has been focused on proving his innocence, while at the same time being vague about the circumstances.

Agree. Their alibis have never been discussed. I really thought the mother would have had to be working at the time of the disappearance not to be able to see the two kids out her window, especially if they tootled off the property right in front of her bus.

The brother who knows? Maybe same. Working?

New Liarg/Lansdowne Pioneer Cemetery, closed, dates from the 1700 and 1800s. The photos give the appearance of it being lovingly tended as often historical cemeteries are, but certainly it would be obvious if there were any ground disturbances, if that’s what people might be leaning towards.

I was pointing out that its not just dense thick forest for miles and miles ,there is clearings, bodies of water and other properties including the cemetery at the back of the property. I was under the illusion that it was miles and miles of tightly packed trees and couldn't imagine a child wanting to wander into it .

I suppose I did think it spooky that a cemetery was in walking distance. But to be honest I'm more interested in the bodies of water and wondering were they searched throughly. I know Daniel said he was waist deep in water looking for the kids and I had wondered where he meant so I went looking on Google maps to see if I could find it .

The larger lake or pool is very close to the house but I can't see if it's on the same side as the property or across the road hence thr fourth pic of the recreational facility

That cemetery is quite far north of the residence and appears to be further than walking distance. Was 10 min the driving time?

I do not believe that either parent murdered those two children, however something happened between the last afternoon they were seen and the morning that they are responsible for and charges plus also losing Meadow has led them on this journey.
Neither will betray each other however Malayha is in deep mourning and struggling.

This is generally a good direction for thought IMO, but I personally got caught up with "how do you accidentally kill both a 4-year-old-boy and a 6-year-old-girl". I'm sure there are scenarios, I just can't think of any that I would actually believe so far.

I absolutely cannot say for certain but a few scenarios I've thought about
1. Parents drove home and when they arrived kids were asleep. They left them in car with engine running. Found them deceased

but if they were outside would carbon monoxide dissipate? ( thinking of Gene Hackman, when that was a theory) I thought you had to be in an enclosed space? even a garage ? But correct me if I'm am wrong cause I'm not an expert thankfully.

2. Children got into drugs left around by parents, am thinking they may have picked up drugs in Lillys backpack, possibly why that has disappeared.

gummies. would that do it? can look and taste like Candy? but how much would it take to do any damage?

3. Mom is completely overwhelmed with 2 quite active possibly Autistic children and a toddler. As per Bio dads mom, things were completely different when she last saw children. She was a great Mom and everything was neat and clean. When she left she also lost her support, now no support and unable to cope maybe they sought other means to calm the children. Maybe they researched sleep aids for kids, maybe autism drugs you can order on line or from a friend.

Whatever the cause, they panicked, disposed of the bodies.
Telling the truth at this point really would certainly lead to jail and removal of Meadow.
Unless they find the bodies there is no proof of anything. Malayha not speaking is easiest way to offer any hints. No communication from Daniel prevents him from blurting anthing out

When I began taking an interest in following the thread on this case it piqued my interest because its highly unusual for two young siblings to go missing together and I had felt and thought the parents or a parent had to have killed them

As more information came to light that they had a third child , and descriptions of what the kids were wearing and lilly bringing a backpack ,the narrative of Mom contacting the school at 6.17am , both parents more or less asleep and coupled with the remoteness of where they live etc

My intuition or you could call it a hunch felt like the kids thought they were in school and for whatever reason didn't imform the parents ( more on that in next paragraph ) walked out to where the school bus usually stopped and either got picked up by a stranger, got knocked down or picked up by a predator bus driver or someone else known to them with the pretence of bringing them to school .

Since then it has transpired that cps had involvement and this came from the school reporting something that didn't sit right with them . So I began thinking,. Did the kids ever walk out to the bus stop alone prehaps mom or stepdad waving from the window or prehaps they were sent out at a certain time and each time they were safe and picked up . Could this have been reported to the school ? Definitely unsafe with a main road ,so I could see a bus driver reporting this .

Maybe that morning unable to tell the time but seeing the sun up and being able to gauge it as being about the time they usually go to school they went out the door to get the bus ,didn't imform the parents as they had been told to be quiet and allow the parents to sleep ( autistic kids take things literally they dont understand sarcasm or any other innuendo .) So the house could be on fire and they would still be quiet and allow parent to sleep as they were instructed to do so , there is no independent thinking in so far as oh the house is on fire I best do something. ( my child would literally ignore my dead body if they were watching TV or on an ipad until prehaps something to eat was needed )

Maleyha unaware of this and possibly fearful of repercussions states the kids have to have been abducted because they don't be outside unaccompanied. Did she mean since the cps visit or never ever in their lives . And Daniel afraid of losing joint custody of his own bio children paints the same picture as Maleyha

It was closed at that time, but doesn’t mean a camper didn’t pitch a tent inside park. Was that where the black car was parked in the beginning? My thoughts at the time was a transient moving thru grabbed them from front, they could have left with him, or are still in that park, which has a lake and buildings.

Another few thing I noticed is DM says a lot of things but leaves a lot unsaid like when he mentions it's gone from a family of 7 being here to just me and I haven't gotten to see my other children yet ?

In bio dads moms interview I also felt it unfair for her to judge Maleyha's living conditions in a public setting and make comparison to her situation before stating she was always so clean etc . For a start the woman has an extra child possibly 2 step kids too and bio grandma's son left Maleyha high and dry by walking out of their children's lives so she is one to judge . And secondly 5 kids make a mess no matter how much you clean imo . And prehaps if bio dad provided a good stable home she might not have found herself living in a property that wasn't well maintained. No woman can get full custody of children if the father really wants to be part of his children's lives , no matter the circumstances unless sexual abuse toward the kids there is usually the route of supervised visits

Thirdly it is not known if Maleyha was suffering post natal depression that prehaps for a time had been too depressed to clean and look after herself and the kids to the standard she had previously displayed.

I've seen photos of Maleyha when apparently she had just started the relationship with Daniel ,she is stunning and well groomed but an extra child and maybe not as much community and family support she wasn't able to keep up appearances .

From bio grandma's tone in the interview and Maleyha's family accusing DM and her breaking all contact , one would have to wonder why there seems to be so much amonosity shown towards him

To me that would be a stalker who was intent on getting those two kids. Premeditated for two little kids? Nah.

Beside, I don't know where everyone is looking but the train tracks are much further away to the east? And the pipe line cut is also much further north of the property on the other side of dense forest... Goggle 1407 Gairloch Rd and look at topography and distances. I don think there is a trail back there, only a logging road that starts to the east of the Hwy from house. And you can not see the house from the old RR line. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong map??

Thank you for pointing this out — and you're absolutely right. I just double-checked using Google Earth (coordinates for 1407 Gairloch Rd) and realized I had initially misjudged the coordinates.

It does seem unlikely that someone could emerge from that direction without significant effort or premeditation.

I thought I recalled that divers participated in the search and yes they did.

Yes, this map identifies the pipeline trail. IIRC it was estimated to be about 1.5 km from the residence.

Think pipeline cut is much further up. I think you’re looking at logging dirt roads. A pipeline swath is wide, open, and devoid of trees. Probably bush each side except for intersecting road. The pipe is buried and vegetation allowed to grow naturally, no trees. As an avid hiker, I wouldn’t waste my time on one of these pipelines. And down there in that bush…no way, boring. Maybe if you lived in the areas of logging roads, you might exercise the dog on one of those dirt roads. And no you couldn’t push a stroller on the cut or on the defunct RR track…waaay too hard.they dig the pipe trench and then back hoe the dirt. It’s not smooth or even, they leave it and grasses and weeds grow. Someone fill me in if I’m wrong.
