It will be the totality of evidence and there's a heck of a lot of it already. LE doesn't have to release all of the CCTV footage, or anything else, to the public for that matter before trial.

How many people have 'ghost guns' in their possession, especially people who were at the location at the time of the murder and where there is CCTV of the actual event? I'd say none, except LM.

So agree. I don't think LM even truly knew himself what he was raging against, although he says Capitalism and drew the hot topic Healthcare straw for the most reaction by the 'oppressed little man'. Somebody had to do it! <his words>.

His Defense could be he must be found Not Guilty so he can get back to his privileged lifestyle and continue posting his shirtless traveling selfies on SM for his Fan Boys/Girls. Jail isn't really fun anymore, he'd like to leave now.
