I hate to add a theory to this but did this guy want some sort of revenge for united healthcare denying him or a family member treatment or not paying for something that was or wasn’t covered in there health insurance plan? That could’ve put him or a family members thousands of dollars in debt? Might sound ridiculous but people can just go off when they are denied access to health care.

I think this is it, and the Monopoly money was the money that’s “owed” for the medical debt.

He may have been alone in NYC but I think he was acting on behalf of an organisation. He learned what he needed to know, did the job with flair, made sure it was memorable and spectacular and cared deeply about not being caught before his escape. He didn’t care in the slightest what was found a day or two later.

I posted about this earlier (at length, here) but wasn’t expecting Monopoly money! Unbelievable – the nerve of it. Wow. Just another part of the show, clearly.

Yes, I saw the monopoly money after I had just written my thoughts of 'foreign entity', hired I believe, or really, part of a group railing against the 'fat cats' of America and their industry that makes THEM 'fat cats'. That thought would make it a USA hit. Just a 'clue' or statement from the shooter and or his group, the monopoly money. Sounds more against the fat cats that way to me now, if all know of that game. Hmm is right.

I lean against the idea that the shooter had a personal vendetta against UHC for a few reasons, but... If I were investigators, I'd be combing the UHC databases for denied claims that total the amount of monopoly money found.

I googled what it could mean symbolically… this is what I found:

I wouldn’t assume the Monopoly money was left by the killer. It seems more like a troll who found the bag did it. It was in the park for two days remember. The TikTok generation seems to think this is a game. More so than the killer who was professional and methodical but not frivolous.

It's either this or someone who has a vendetta against corporate greed and such, and may not have any connection to the company. EIther seems like the most likely scenario to me IMO

Full disclosure: I used to work for a NYC tourist-promoting agency. I just want to reassure people that this is not at all typical of the city, so don't be scared to visit! I can't think of a famous person executed in Midtown since the mob days, when Paul Castellano was murdered in front of Sparks Steak House back when I was a young'un in 1985. That's another reason why I think someone was behind this murder. I think this guy was the front for something, whether it's a group protesting the nightmare of U.S. medical insurance, BT knowing he was going to be caught for financial malfeasance, or a marital issue.
