IMO, his brows are groomed. Take this from someone who gets her brows threaded and tinted every 2 weeks and has plucked her BFs' brows before. They don't grow in that neatly on their own.
That sounds right. Fancy clothes, fancy backpack, grooming. It fits.

Also jibes with how detail oriented he was.

IF (and I don’t think this is the case), he isn’t from the US - then his fingerprints would have been taken when arriving into the US. So I’m not sure he’d have been so casual about touching things (ie water bottle) without gloves.
He might not have come in legally.

Is this an assassination or act of domestic terrorism? I tend to think it's more in line with the unabomber. Killing because of a corporation's stance. If someone asked me who the CEO of UHC was, I could not tell you his name.
Can it be both? If not, then--to me--it would be classified as domestic terrorism.

Another thing. Earlier today I grokked that this website must be a treasure trove for screen/script/novel writers. I know I enjoy reading every theory posted, and I wonder how many of our theories make their ways into works of fiction.

Would be interesting to paste the top of his face from this new pic with the bottom of his face from the hostel pics.
I actually thought the same thing. I’m sure a computer wiz is (hopefully) already on it lol

ADMIN NOTE:

Take a break folks. This thread is closed for about an hour for cleanup of primarily posts that are not victim friendly, which is a violation of our rules.

Veteran members and every single new member who joins WS agrees to our Terms of Service, one of THE main principles of which is that we are victim friendly. VICTIM FRIENDLY is one of the first principles in The Rules: Etiquette & Information.

This is not to mention the amount of work involved for WS staff in cleaning up the mess such posts create when we have to go to each post that is not victim friendly and find every single response to it, and every response to those as well. This can mean searching and reviewing at times 20+ pages of posts and is very time-consuming.

If members can't adhere to one of our most basic principles, they really shouldn't be posting here. Going forward, every member who violates this rule will find themselves not able to post in this discussion, either temporarily on Time Out or permanently.

Post accordingly.

Thanks.

OKay folks ... with the breaking news, am reopening the thread and we'll continue to cleanup as we can.

It could be a middle eastern American whose motivation is unrelated to his middle eastern origins (or those of a parent). Of course if it turns out to be the case, people will make their assumptions. Motivation could be the same health care/denial ones we are talking about for any American. (And I’m saying that while agreeing those are some dramatic Persian eyebrows in the new pics.)

Sensitive subject….
I know some have shared their thoughts that this could be a woman.
Any chance this person is transgender?
The reason I’m asking is I’m pretty sure the Supreme Court was hearing arguments on transgender care on that Wednesday, while UHC was discussing profits and investments.
Did anyone hear/read about any cases/grievances regarding UHC denying care for transgender community?

Here’s a link:
That was one strangely written article..... "Each place he paid with cash and he made sure to keep his mask on, which indicate to detectives he knew he was coming to the city to commit the murder."

(But thank you for posting!)

But I think the choice of a Tommy Hilfiger jacket is simply because the shooter likes the brand. Could as well have been Ralph Lauren or whomever designer.
I don't think the jacket makes any particular statement. He just wanted to get rid of it.
Unless, as someone mentioned earlier, the jacket is fleece.

Do you have a link to the Supreme Court hearing info? tia

To play devil’s advocate a moment, Bryan Kohberger’s bushy eyebrows were referenced a bunch following the Idaho Murders and he’s of German extraction. Personally, I’m hoping he’s American to avoid this becoming politicized. We’re psychologically exhausted.

Yeah. I see someone with middle eastern ancestry too (he reminds me of a couple people I know in terms of appearance).

Totally agree on the motivation being the same, despite the obvious stereotypes that will pop up if that winds up being the case.

The shot of his eyes in the back of the cab is very clear. Not sure if it would be possible given the different angles of the photos, but if LE were to release a composite image combining the photo of the lower half of his face from the hostel with the photo of the upper half of his face from the cab, I think someone could identify him.

Puffer coats are bulky. Where was it? Would not fit in the backpack. He was in the cab 1 hour after the shooting. Where did he leave the puffer?
Some of them compress into tiny bundles. They’re mostly air. I’ve seen one that even comes with its own little bag and drawstring. It’s small. This might explain the different appearances of that Peak Design backpack. The upper part sometimes looked puffed up and at other times empty.
