Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 36

Perhaps this is why Nurmi said Geffner wasn't available till the 25th -- they wanted to collect actual interviews to counter what De Marte had from her interviews. Maybe he had to do them by phone per the judge's request.

Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 33

"Blabbulates!" What a terrific word. Can be applied to Nurmi, also -- except he engages in "elevated blabbulation."

    Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - 2/5 - 2/9 - Break

Thanks for such a cheery, positive, and refreshing message. Much needed. In my household: dogs and cats...living together....

    Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - 2/5 - 2/9 - Break

Just a point of interest on the origin of the 10 commandments: historians have linked the 10 commandments with the Egyptian "Book of The Dead" (Chapter 125), circa 1800 BCE and also known as the Papyrus of Ani which predates the 1491 BCE Mount Sinai incident. It's not an exact replica of the...

    Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - 2/5 - 2/9 - Break

Uh oh -- I thought it was for the final verdict--after deliberations. (This is in reference to the calendar where we guessed the end of...something to do with this trial.)

Gee, sorry, but your knowledge comes from quoting goddessguide.com??? I don't take it personally.

Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 30

No, Jodi did not "dabble in this area." She expressed an interest in Wicca because of a boyfriend. Tuatha de Danaan is Celtic and it's culture and stories and polytheistic belief structure are different from Wicca. Lets end this discussion before Lamb Chop calls us on it due to insulting the...

Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 30

That's very unfair, mugwump, to those of us who know of the Goddess Morrigan. In Celtic mythology, she is a Goddess of Sovereignty, War, and Sexuality (Ceisiwr Serith, "A Pagan Ritual Prayer Book", 2011) and her cause is the choosing of the lives of warriors on the battlefield... Jodi Arias is...

Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - 1/29 thru 2/2 - Break

You mentioned the captions on her pics, but I don't see any captions on the pics I access from the link given. Is there a way to change that? What a biotch!!

And I would add "non-religions" in there, too.

Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 27

Uh, I may be wrong, but I think she says something close to "...see what's here..." in a very slurred manner.

I distinctly recall this lovely phrase from an Eminem song -- his early work.

Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 21

Ha! So funny about "being from another planet!" I remember that day during the last trial when during a recess --no audio going -- suddenly all the photos of Jodi in her fullness were up on the screen. I thought perhaps someone had hacked into the courtroom feed, but no -- it was a clerical...

I often wish there was a "Thanks" button that had 3 exclamation points after the word.

Also, to all the wonderful peeps getting the courtroom info out to us: Has there been anything divulged about the papers Jodi was reviewing this a.m. and her demeanor while reading them?

Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 19 - Shortest Court Day, EVER

I may be wrong, but I believe that the jury can still meet and deliberate on a Friday regardless of the court schedule--as long as a deliberation room is available. Don't know about Saturdays. That was my experience as a juror.
