After the first two hearings where BK look tall and imposing, even sat in his chair, they have been intentionally lowering his chair to make him appear small and meek.
Or he’s just slowly slithering down under the table with each word that pours from his attorney’s mouth.

Adjourned. At last, well, until the morning.

"We would like a hearing to challenge essentially everything."

Finally. It's over. For today anyway.

Tiresome voice.... but A LOT of new information and confirmation of much.

Hmmmm....wondering if it was ZK that ran up the stairs and ran back down the stairs between the 2nd and 3rd floor, then proceeded to tell EC that someone was here?

I was thinking maybe it was ZK running down the stairs to pick up her doordash, and then back up. Between the 2nd and 1st floors. IDK, but I wish AT hadn't brought up A LIVING VICTIM, and her interview, and throwing in that "she had too much to drink" SHAME ON HER. SHAME. ON. HER.
I thought maybe it was actually BK she heard but I think it was a roommate...

I think it'll prove credible at trial and here's AT using it to try to discredit a surviving roommate who had the actual presumption of privacy, to be safe in her own home, asleep in her own room, trying to make sense of a situation she couldn't possibly have predicted.

I still think they should have swabbed Murphy

Lowering Chair Seat.

A page borrowed from trial of Casey Anthony, Jody Arias, or both iirc.

Just letting you know, I'm sure her name is spelt Xana. So when initialised, it should be XK.

So.... AT is trying to argue that the PCA was both false and incomplete, yet the facts she supplies lend more weight to probable cause.

I can't think of a single point in BK's favor.

FYI

I think we can be assured BK's phone was, in fact, turned off. Nice tidbit from the State.

JMO
Yes, I was glad to hear that confirmed. Imo, logs found during forensic analysis of his phone would have revealed that the phone was turned off.

Not sure what to make of BK's facial expression, posture, body language.

Anyone?
Looks small, like a little boy. It's affected. Jmo

Just like the defense team in the Delphi case, AT has solidified the fact that her client is guilty.
The more she talked, the more guilty he sounded.

BK commit the perfect conviction.

Maybe it was BF. Ran upstairs with the doordash for Xana. Ran back downstairs.

Ooops, sorry, I spaced or hit the wrong key.

Agreed. Let's just throw stuff at the wall, and see if anything sticks.

I missed this part.

That's important though. I always assumed she had been drinking, as that would explain her response that night. It actually makes her look a lot better.
