To maybe help you understand, just go back & look at the 3 eyewitness testimonies. None of them described the same man in the same way. It’s simply a matter of people seeing things differently. It’s important to understand/accept when it comes to witnesses. I’m sure the actual reasons for this happening are much more complicated. I hope that makes sense.

One of the sketches looks similar the other one no.
But this is a photograph and im comparing to other photographs.
Not a sketch

Why were they only deliberating for 2 hours today as they came, in an hour later as well was my understanding?
They came in at 9am per links above and can deliberate as long as they want- is my understanding- moo IANAL

Maybe if I saw the actual video (not the enhanced version) I could see it was him.
IMO a juror doesn't have to "see it was him". They only have to see that is is possible it was him. And that analysis along with the other evidence is enough to convict.

I cant imagine a verdict today. Aren't jurors deliberating until noon today? It is almost 11:30 am ET. jmo
I thought it was said that the jurors can stay as long as they want to on Saturday?

Im an aussie so im not sure, if he were found not guilty, would he be free to walk immediately?

Unfortunately the jury only see a shadow of that same man in the courtroom , a ‘fragile egg’.

Deliberations go until 4pm today.
BBM
According to instructions, they will deliberate from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday, until they reach a verdict.

****
Although it was reported they started at 10am today. I wonder what evidence is being reviewed? I hope it’s RA confessions!
Thank you. Didn't know they could go until 4:00 pm today.

I doubt he ever wore his BG uniform all at the same time in public again. Had he done so, things may have had a different result.

I doubt that since a Carhart style jacket and jeans is a lot of men’s non working day attire and sometimes work clothes for laborers. Shirt and footwear and out the door. If it’s cold, a sweatshirt under said Carhart jacket. It’s ubiquitous all across the northern states coast to coast.

Yes unless there was some other charge he was being held on.

Curious if anyone at CVS recalled a co-worker wearing Carhartt jacket daily and looked very similar to BG? jmo

Edited: It is really a moot point, possibly tips were called in. moo

My husband wears this every day. Swears by the Carhartt brand.

When a verdict is (hopefully) reached and word gets out, there will be a mad dash to that line to the courthouse. I have visions of a stampede!

if locals who interacted with Allen on a weekly basis couldn't all see it so obviously.....i'd take their judgement over my own any day i reckon!
It’s all about context. This guy doesn’t strike me as one with a wide circle of friends (if he had any), and coworkers aren’t likely to have seen anything that set off alarm bells.

I tend to be very observant when it comes to people, but I worked closely with a guy twelve plus hours a day, five or more days a week for a couple years (he was my boss), and never saw it coming when he was arrested for horrible sex crimes against children.

If I don’t trust my own judgement, I sure as hell wouldn’t trust the judgment of people who interacted with Allen probably far less than I did.

Can’t say all were convicted but in my county alone (~100mi south of Delphi) there were over 120 people arrested & charged in child solicitation stings conducted on or after 12/2020. 2 nabbed over 20 people each which were a record number of arrests for solicitation at that time. Many were not local to the area, and some were from as far away as WVA.

Zero proof it’s connected to KK but I do find it interesting the sheer numbers were historic AFTER KK was arrested.

Not really sure about rules for posting links of this nature, as they name names & show suspect pictures & are unrelated to this trial but the info is readily available via my local newspaper’s website. Feel free to advise for further information.

ETA to this trial, clarity

According to this article linked below:

"""""Investigators say Kline ran a catfish social media account linked to the investigation into the killings of Abby Williams and Libby German in Delphi. He hasn't been charged in their deaths.""""""

IMO, KAK would be a perfect cell mate for anyone convicted of killing Abby and Libby. Should be a safe environment for both of them.

Yes and iirc the Judge told the jury they can go longer on any day if they wish.

I'm thinking the Defense expert made a mistake with labelling him 'a fragile egg.' I don't think that jives with the feisty, angry man they saw in some of the police interviews. IMO

I’m curious if reporters and others are sitting in the courtroom waiting each day? If not how would it be known when the jury had reached a verdict?

Maybe they were implying that that’s what he became while incarcerated pretrial vs who he was before? I don’t know… moo

But only one man dressed that way that day on that bridge, as recorded by LG, as described in different ways, and self-reported by the one man who couldn't get himself off the bridge, except with DTH and two little girls who didn't survive the encounter.
