Obviously I am because I'm missing your point. There's no conspiracy theory here.

Those eleven attorneys testified that they basically handle their war room docs the way Baldwin did. MW's case was dismissed and AFAIK, there hasn't been a ruling yet about the attys alleged wrong doings.
Why not a conspiracy theory? It’s fine for the RA case, why not the evidence leak? Many people claiming unfair treatment by JG in rulings but in this case, it was all fine & good just because 11 people handle their war rooms the same. That’s the point, along with that entire last line in my previous post.

Mind you, I’m not pointing that finger at you - will change previous post to reflect that.

You are so right about monitoring in your home not working. In the trial I was a juror, the judge's wife became very ill and jurors were sent home for a couple of days. As soon as I returned to work, a co-worker came into my office and exclaimed: Did you see on the news where the main witness on the trial was seen burying a knife in his backyard?" No, I had not seen it because it was not part of the testimony we, the jury was allowed to hear.

Wow! Feel free to not answer, but what was your verdict in the end?

Also, did you find out after the fact why certain evidence (like what you just mentioned) wasn't allowed in to the trial (and if so, how did it make you feel)?

Ive seen people saying that Abby was wearing some of Libbys clothes. Is there a source on that?

Why? He's seen it at trial, all of it. It's their deliberation period. All the evidence is admitted for the jury's use if needed during that deliberation. What right of RA's is being protected by him knowing what the jury wants to consider? He's on verdict watch, just like the Prosecution. Still makes no sense except it's a get out of jail day, enjoy the ride and civilian clothes day.
IMO there is a legal reason for them to be there. I don't think there is a chance he would be allowed a day back in court for a "get out of jail day"

While Abby’s body was found partially dressed, wearing Libby’s clothes, Cicero stated it was unlikely Abby was dressed after being killed due to a lack of blood that would otherwise be on parts of her body.

But they're allowed under Indiana law to watch, on what CC tv, the jurors as they review evidence? Why, for what purpose/reason is that RA's right? The evidence is all admitted and available for the jury. Why is he entitled to see or hear anything the jury does during deliberations?
It makes no sense to me what right of his is being protected by this? It's amounts to spying on the jury, IMO
The 6th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

It’s that instagram AI thing. You just take a picture of yourself and tell it what you want it to generate. I assure you I do not play poker wearing a shirt that says “Massguy.”

I’m reminded of one of the benefits of our constitution and innocent until proven guilty and right to due process and a jury trial- it might not work 110% of the time and not always play out towards my preference- but if I was accused of a crime I didn’t commit I’d want the safe guards and as a citizen I’d want the courts to follow the rules and prove cases BARD

In every trial I've ever followed (that has been livestreamed), every time the jury has a question and is brought back into the courtroom for the answer, the defendant is brought back in also. i guess they are just entitled to be in the courtroom for things that are discussed in the courtroom. : shrug :

If the jury was allowed to have equipment to view videos, etc. in their jury room, on their own, this wouldn't happen, IMO.

JMO IMO
Is that what it is, there's no equipment in the jury room?

Hotel must have a heated pool. I've never seen a jury deliberating part-time.
Court /Trial for them was 9-12 Noon on Saturdays. 3 Hours

Now that they are in deliberation-- they did 5 hours today so not too worried about that.

2:43 p.m. - After more than five hours of deliberations, jurors have left the courthouse. There will not be a verdict reached this weekend. Deliberations will resume Monday.

I believe so. I think they were told if they want to view any videos, they have to do it in the courtroom. They can't just play the "BG" video over and over on their own, from what I understand. (I think they should be able to do this.)

I think they were also told they can only view/listen/see them one time and one time only, but consider that my opinion since i don't have a link. I'd love to be proven wrong about that, actually.

I wonder if we will ever find out what KA said regarding the day of the tragic murders.
When she finished work, how was RA acting that evening?
Did BZ ever say how her father was acting that day/evening?
Will we ever know where his phone actually pinged that day, as it certainly didn’t ping near the bridge…
Wasnt KA away caring for somone at the time
