GUILTY Abby & Libby - The Delphi Murders - Richard Allen Arrested - #220

  • #641
He was alone for at least 20 minutes with two little girls who he forced to undress. That IS a terrifying sexual assault and ... and we don't know what happened during those 20 minutes or what evidence was washed away in the creek.

JMO
Max terror and his appeals are already starting.

A gross creep hidden in place by a small town, where he didn't fit expectations of what the killer would be like.
Amazing they didn't find him by process of elimination.

Short - they knew it.

Local - they highly suspected

Vehicle, black Ford - they knew it

Gun- they knew it, in BG pocket is the visible outline of a P226. No record of the gun purchase in Indiana of course but ammo has to be bought.

Gun ammo- 40 ammo was bought at sometime so canvas online shipped to local zip codes or bought at local sports shops.

Profession - shift worker or day off on a Monday afternoon.

Professions with thin blade utility knives - building professions, carpet layers, drywallers, etc. Stock workers such as retail or others that receive goods in cartons.

Probably only 25 men fit this screening in the greater Delphi area.

This is very interesting.
I guess we won’t know if they ever looked into any of this until we get more information on the investigation.

It is reminiscent of the serial killer in Great Falls, MT, that kidnapped and killed kids for years, before he was caught. Nathaniel Bar-Jonah - Wikipedia

And John Wayne Gacy, who always managed to evade capture for years.

But, the good news, is that they do get caught.

This case and the Chris Watts case haunt me and probably always will because we will never know what really happened to those children.

Did they make an attempt to run and that is why they crossed the creek? We can't believe one word out of the child killer but for some reason I don't believe he forced them to cross the creek because of the van, I just don't.

Either way it doesn't change the tragic and horrifying ordeal that that monster put those little girls through.
RA and Chris Watts both are diabolical and I despise both of them.

You can download zip files of the trial transcripts courtesy of Tom Webster, a true champion of justice in the Delphi case, on his website.

Yet, RA the short guy at CVS was not among those 25.
Well, technically, he was. The little misfit was in a misfiled tip.

He was, but it was not on their due to their screening.
I mean he was short and had a black Ford should have been at least on a rough 2 elements match list.

Thank you for compiling this.

If not livestreamed, I really wish the judge would have recorded the trial, to be released after the trial.

So, so, so many pages...

No problem - you are quite welcome.

Yes, thousands of pages. I wanted to read the portion where the jury came in to have the verdict read so I jumped ahead to Volume 21. It seems the jury was being followed while traveling to & from the courthouse. No idea if LE dealt with the followers. Also, JG seemed to be very well aware the defense was defying the gag order, at least by the time the jury was deliberating, yet chose to do nothing about it.

The day the jury requested to review a video, Bob Motta was tweeting about it 12 minutes after the jury requested it.

JG should have laid the wood to them all after the trial. Zero respect for the gag order, the court or just plain ethics. We all knew it was happening but this proves they were spitting in her face the whole time. Then they turned around on SM & cried about unfairness.

From Vol. 21, pg 240, line 21:

THE COURT: -- if you would, please. Thank you. All right. Well, I’ll show the jury back out to deliberate at about 1:38. I’m just gonna remind counsel of the gag order that was issued by this Court on December 2nd of 2022. I’ve pulled it up in the electronic file and, in pertinent part, it reads, “Counsel for the State of Indiana and the Defendant, as well as their professional staff and other personnel, law enforcement officials, court personnel, coroner, and all family members are prohibited from commenting on this case to the public and to the media directly or indirectly, by themselves or through any intermediary in any form, including any social media platforms.” Yesterday, I communicated directly with Mr. McLeland and with Mr. Rozzi to – I don’t recall the time, but it was by phone, to inform both sides that the jury wanted to view the first interview, the enhanced video, and the audio, and the only individuals that were provided with that information directly was, again, Mr. McLeland and Mr. Rozzi. I was quite surprised last evening, when I was watching TV, to see that this specific information ended up on national television. Then this morning, as I excused all of the staff attendant to our proceedings here this morning, I noted that it was about 10:03 when I asked the State’s investigators and extraneous folks and the Defendant’s extraneous investigators and individuals to leave the room, I noted that that was at 10:03; and at 10:15 this morning, Bob Motta, who is, apparently, a social media content creator, is posting on his Twitter account that the jury wanted to see the specific videos that we discussed previously and the specific audios that the jury wished to see. And again, the only people that were aware of this information were the attorneys and their professional staff. Now, I’ve observed Mr. Motta here in the courtroom, he’s been here for several weeks and he has been interacting with multiple members of the Defense staff, Mr. Hoffman, Mr. Baker, Ms. Auger, Mr. Baldwin. I don’t know what those conversations consist of and I don’t particularly care what those conversations consist of, but Mr. Motta is clearly sharing information that only counsel would have. That’s a violation of the gag order, folks, and I have concerns. You’ve seen the folks outside the courthouse with their signs and podcasters and Youtubers.

Last night, the jury’s van was followed. I haven’t shared that information with counsel and I will not be sharing any further information with counsel about the jury, about when they’re leaving this building, when they are not in the building, because I clearly can’t trust that that information will stay with counsel and their professional staffs, because it’s getting out to other individuals. I don’t know if it's Mr. Baker, Mr. Hoffman, the attorneys, I don’t know, but I will not be informing counsel when the jury leaves the building and I will be informing counsel strictly of they have a verdict. And I expect continued compliance with this Court’s orders. Gentlemen, you may take Mr. Allen back to Cass County and we are in recess.
