It's good to keep in mind, too, that much of what's contained in the appeal was iiuc presented in the hearing, regarding Gull replacing RA's counsel. The higher court ruled that Gull was fair and impartial, spanked her for firing them with improper form (IMO they DIDN'T say they weren't fire-able).

I don't see this appeal going anywhere. Bad counsel with bad strategy is not appearance IMO.

Yes, LE investigated rituals as a matter of course, in the absence of other leads, but they abandoned that line of investigation after exhausting it.

BW arriving home at 2:44, if accurate, does not impeach BW nor exonerate RA. It cements RA presence, below the bridge, within one half hour of Libby's video. It's damping as hell, whether 2:28 or 2:44. Whether it's what compelled RA to force the girls across the creek or to silence them fatally doesn't change the facts that they are dead, the phone stopped moving at a time where RA was there.

Judge Gull made sure to make absolute sure that RA was of sound mind when he said he wanted his original defense team to continue to represent him.

If they had real grounds for appeal, they wouldn't need 24,000 words to name it.

OMG you guys - I was flippin' channels and landed on some CourtTV show called from Victim to Verdict that was about Delphi. What in the defense propaganda did I just watch?? I could only stomach a few minutes of some weird dude saying that since there was no DNA obviously there was reasonable doubt everywhere and maybe one of Ricky's defense attorneys before I had to change channels.

I came here to vent about it and then see that the Appeal was filed and the insanity goes on and on and on...

Just want to point out - BB saw BG within 20 minutes of the Freedom Bridge girls seeing him.
The Freedom Bridge girls ranged in age from 12 to 16. They never mentioned BG as young. In fact, one girl texted her friend saying that the man's hair was gray maybe a little brown.

Is it a surprise that an older lady would find this man younger looking to her and the girls would find him older looking to them?

As far as the vehicle at the CPS lot? I believe BB saw the same car as the man at 2:10 p.m. (Purple PT cruiser or small SUV type vehicle) and the man at 2:28 p.m. (small dark colored vehicle possibly a smart car) did. What are the odds that the man at 2:10 p.m. saw a different vehicle backed in, in the same area, in the same lot, then the vehicle BB seen backed in, in the same general spot, just 8 minutes later? What are the odds that another dark colored vehicle would be parked at the CPS lot within 18 minutes of each other?

Imo BB either seen the same car that Mr. Heath saw that day and she confused it with the vehicle she noticed parked at the CPS lot -or when Ms. Diener contacted BB asking her about an older model vehicle like Mr. Heath saw, it played with her memory.

On January 12th 2026 I will be a witness first time in my life. OMG, I don't want to think about it now. Last February a thief stole my purse out of my bag in a supermarket. I didn't know, I was robbed, until I got to the checkout and missed my purse, went home to search my purse at home, didn't find it, and only then I comprehended the possible theft.
I'm nervous to be a witness, because I consciously didn't see anything (as the police is knowing by my statement/report). Though when I comprehended the theft, I had a suspicion, it may have been a woman, who behaved somewhat strangely in the supermarket, near myself (I also told police). Now it turned out, the accused is a MAN.
So, I saw nothing, afterwards had a suspicion, and now I am a witness in front of a lay judge court.
The man is charged with aggravated theft; my case is attached to another unknown case.

I am truly sorry if I offended anyone talking about age here. I just thought it would help with context when a witness is describing a suspect's age from their perspective.

As far as the age thing? I am 45 so I'm not that far off from you. I only listed BB's age because it should be taken into account when she is describing BG's age.

Yes and they did the same thing with the Kohberger case. They seemed to side with the defense and often trotted out the defense arguments, like that 'touch' DNA on the sheath was not very incriminating, etc. etc...
