I used the 2021 data because the other report was based on 2021 GDP. GDP is calculated on history of previous year. It would be like trying to do your 2025 taxes in this coming April.

I'm familiar with GDP. Comparison require identical time frames in order to reach a hypothesis. The 2021outside of the time frame of the invasion, 2022. You need to compare 2024 GDP the 2024 expenditure budget.

Moo... And a little statistical nerdy

IMO no one was expecting the United States of America to ever go rouge.
We haven't gone rouge, we've been rouge all along. Biden nor Obama sent troops.

tbh imo not including Ukraine or the EU when we will be funding this isnt the way to go. Also how can our leaders even trust him?
And how can our leaders even trust Zelensky?

Ukraine is the gatekeeper, the dam, that stands against p physically and all the horrible things it is and has gone through. That is a no brainer which I will never understand why that is not beyond CLEAR to everyone. People are oblivious to how ww2 started and the war fought there in Europe, for freedom and democracy and keeping good countries whole and safe. SAME thing, different player. Poland would be next or a smaller country he has tried to take, the march across. Emboldened if overtook Ukraine and it fell. HOW can people say why should we help Ukraine? America is def in danger as we speak, from the inside out, more each time t allows p all kinds of easy entry, that we even KNOW of, proclaimed every hour it seems, giving him an ego boosting welcome as he is doing.

We haven't gone rouge, we've been rouge all along. Biden nor Obama sent troops.
Not all about sending troops tbh

Honestly this is all a moot point since UK and Ukraine signed the 100-year deal in January. UK is now responsible for funding and providing security to Ukraine, and The UK will also be a preferred partner for Ukraine’s energy sector, including projects developing renewable energy sources, a critical minerals strategy and green steel production. Sounds like Zelensky has already agreed to a minerals deal. I don't know why Zelensky would want to pit the USA vs another country, but he has. Good for him, and good luck to the UK. Now I know why Zelensky said 3 times he would sign a deal with the USA and then refused. My neck is still sore for the daily whip lash of yes he would sign, no he wont. JMO MOO

He's been trustworthy since he was elected president. The US has had no problems with him. He didn't invade any neighboring countries, butchering innocent men, women and children. So there's that.

Tbh most leaders DO trust Zelensky. After last Fridays fiasco most all reached out to him and they have made it clear they support him.

I live in the Rogue River Valley in Southern Oregon. People spell it “rouge” all the time and visualizing it always makes me chuckle. I don’t usually correct spelling or grammar, but I’m sorry I can’t resist on this one. :)

Tbh I dont believe that for a second but other leaders would know if that was the case about the Uk having the mineral deal. He went there Friday to sign the deal. That was obvious. Not his fault he was attacked by multi people.

Yup, and there is that for a few things. Despicable orders carried out from the beginning on citizens, purposely.

Funny thing about that to be honest. They keep calling him the unelected leader but if there was another election tomorrow he would almost certainly win it again.

How is it the best thing for the world if it is not a long time agreement. THAT is what Europe is worried about. They do not trust Putin.
I agree. I think everyone with the exception of Putin wants a long-term peace agreement. I know Europe is worried. If fighting continues through Ukraine, Russia will be the back door of European countries. But if anyone, the US or European countries send in military troops, even acting as peacekeeper, there is grave risk of combat. All our leaders know this on both sides of the pond know this.

Ukraine has been in and out of conflict with Russia since 2014. No one has sent troops in any of these conflicts.

Putin has made it very clear if the US enters Ukraine, he considers it an act of war. We just can't go into war with Russia. It will result in nuclear weapons.

There are no guarantees, certainly not a piece of paper. It takes both parties working real hard to keep a ceasefire fire or a peace agreement. It can happen accidentally or intentionally. Russia is the time bomb.

You know one thing thats funny? Russia took hundreds or thousands of kids to Russia away from there family. Why isnt Trump threatening to attack Russia if those kids arent returned like he is with Gaza?

I am confused because all this about the peacekeepers..and breaking Nato rules...it was Trump that suggested this. No one else.
The peacekeepers are the military troops. They have to have weapons to keep the peace. :)

Except he was trying to sell another deal with another country out from under UK. Either way, it's now UK's responsibility for the next 100 years.

I suppose they also think Winston Churchill was the unelected leader of England during WWII.

It says something about a leader and a cause when they have to use propaganda to try to convince people they're right. It's eerie how so much of this is a repetition of Hitler's movement as they took over Germany and invaded Poland. Remember how they convinced everyone that Poland was to blame?

It was Trump who suggested this. Tbh Russia have broken the rules 20 odd times I think. They can not be trusted. The idea for Europe is the Ukranian people have to be safe. Its that simple. Tbh Russia should not be allowed to make all the decisions here.

I don't and cannot even go there when I comment. A normal human being would of done that immediately. Clearly we know how it goes though, looks up to that one, that kind of one. Horrors are never ending and continue.
