I'm familiar with GDP. Comparison require identical time frames in order to reach a hypothesis. The 2021outside of the time frame of the invasion, 2022. You need to compare 2024 GDP the 2024 expenditure budget.I used the 2021 data because the other report was based on 2021 GDP. GDP is calculated on history of previous year. It would be like trying to do your 2025 taxes in this coming April.
