I watched this very closely at the time and there's no doubt in my mind that she planned and murdered Caylee. If her mouth is moving, she's lying. I believe her pursuit in making her dad the fall guy is because she had a lot of peer pressure about why she's not looking to find who killed Caylee...
I just sent what I wrote below off to HLN/CNN-
"First, I am very displeased at the way the viewers are led to believe that they're actually watching live coverage of the Jodie Arias trail. It is not live coverage and it is out right wrong to try and mislead the viewing audience to think that...
She appears to have something in her (L) hand while using her (R) hand to turn back and possibly tear off a piece of notepaper. Then she seems to take only part of what is in her left hand and discards it off to her right and whatever is remaining, she places in front of her laptop?
.
Im having some difficulty believing she used the gun last. Why would she shoot the gun in the end, if she hadnt shot it up until that point? She seemed to have had the upper hand with the knife and most likely could have finished him off with it and maybe did. Why would she use the gun...
She said that the photo of TA sitting and the one of the ceiling were taken unintentionally. JM disputed her claim of the one of him sitting as unintentional because it was focused and not blurred. If I recall correctly, she kind of agreed with him in the end.
I believe the reason she came up with the gun in the closet is because she knew that they did not finger print the closet, therefore there was no way to determine if her finger prints were up in that corner of the closet or not?
Another possibility-When I was looking at the amount of time between each photo I noticed that there was a min. to two mins between some of the shots and the longest lapse was around the time his back was turned. It made me think that she could have left TA at that point, ran and grabbed her...
My guess-She was reaching for a sharper pencil so she could write down what he just said about how he can easily tell what’s most important to the individual because they skirt around the issue? Most likely she was already onto him about this before, but it got "fogged" out!
I think she might have been better off to have said she stepped on the very bottom shelf and took her chances, because it does look to me like the white shirt/sweater was bunched up enough to look like an indent from a partial step of a foot?
When questioned about this photo she stated it was taken unintentionally, but JM hammered away the fact that it couldnt of been unintentional or it would have been blurred etc.
