Would someone graciously help me.

Are the times (below) given by Lawyer Lee correct or have I misheard.

Lawyer Lee mentions something about one witness seeing BG around 2:15pm yet at 2:13pm Libby is recording on her phone.

Can't give a time as lost connection, but it was in the last part. I just want to know if my little old ears caught what she said right because the witness was elsewhere on the trail and Libby was on the bridge.

How could the person RV saw be bridge guy if she saw him at 2:15? According to Libby's video time stamp (2:13) he should of been down the hill by then. Am I missing something?
Also, RV's description of the man she saw does not match RA's appearance at all!

Yes, she saw him at 215 and testified right after the testimony that the video was taken at 2:13 and are about 1 mile apart.

One person can't be in two places.

There is not water on the other side of the bridge.

I highly suggest looking at the bridge on google maps especially the far end. It’s very enlightening. IMO

I actually don't know what you're talking about. They were forced down the hill and underneath the bridge on the north side. There is water there. It is a creek. A creek the girls were forced to walk across. There is water on the South side also. Searchers searched the south side because they thought they fell off the bridge. So inturn they looked for them downstream.

I also can’t fault someone for estimating what time they saw something if they’re trying to recall what time they saw it days later, especially not years after the fact.

Yes TMS discussed Voorhies testimony quite extensively. However I’m sorry, I didn’t take notes but definitely do not recall any mention of the time appearing off.

Just caught up on all of the days testimony.

Regarding the video and audio. It sounds like “guys down the hill” didn’t come from BG.

My thoughts are possible there was someone on the road below the bridge that said those words.

I'm a city kid who spent their childhood trying not to fall into abandoned gold mine shafts in a remote ghost town with my siblings. And I was a cautious kid by comparison with my brother. We would have been all over this thing.

Agree, its the perfect amount of danger and not danger.
Tripping isn't going to send you over the side, many creekside ravine trails are far more dangerous- but the bragging rights of crossing the bridge are probably off the chart.

How is that a bombshell? To me it means they were trying to get away because he seemed scary.

When I hear "Below the bridge" it means underneath it. Not south of it's location. JMO.

I'm Australian and have lived rurally here. This is exactly the kind of place many people would explore and visit. I would have been scared to do it but many, especially youth, would love to visit it.

I’m not OP but after hearing about the video and audio needing a lot of enhancement to make it understandable- I suppose that if there was a second person below the bridge near where the girls were, then “Guys” and “down the hill” might have come from someone other than bridge guy- if the girls were meeting someone at the end of the trail, down the hill- I don’t believe that to be true personally- but someone as close or closer to the girls as BG was would be at least as loud on the recording- hypothetically I suppose

I don’t actually think that’s what happened at all- I was disappointed to the video wasn’t more definitive and clear - really would like to see and hear it myself- moo

I always wondered if there was more on the recording of BG talking. Given that one of the officers (I believe Carter? Could be wrong), said “I heard the voice of the devil in that video.”
Maybe not, then? Or maybe there was and they just couldn’t clear it up enough to be usable?


Those poor, poor angels. How frightened must have Abby been to have let her fear of the bridge be pushed aside to simply get away from this guy? Makes you wonder if they’d interacted before he pulled the gun, enough so to make them uncomfortable?

After trial (assuming there's a verdict), they won't release graphic crime scene photos or anything, but I don't see why they wouldn't release that video.
