A long 7.5 years for sure …Yes, from Day 1 and the first thread.
Hoping for justice in a world that is often unjust.
yes. It's been a long road. From watching the search from a distance that first evening, to the discovery of the bodies and shock and horror for the families. The hours spent trying to figure out how tall BG was, to whether he had a gun in his pocket or a goat, to what he was wearing and if he had poufy hair or was wearing a hat and if so what kind. Many of us, have been here from the day they were missing.
Now waiting for the verdict.
I am shaking my head, part 3. Is it so hard to communicate?CourtTV is saying that reporters will not be notified if the jury has a question, lunch break, note, deadlocked, etc. Now there will be a 2 hour delay when a verdict is reached to when the verdict will be read.
Ugh- well that doesn’t sound like it’s coming today- mooCourtTV is saying that reporters will not be notified if the jury has a question, lunch break, a note, deadlocked, etc. Now there will be a 2 hour delay when a verdict is reached to when the verdict will be read.
Stupid question- what time zone are they in? Compared to east coast?I'm watching CourtTV and they just said that previously it media was told they would have a 10 minute notice if there is a verdict and they are now being told if/when the jury reaches a verdict, we will have a 2 hour notice.
I think 10 minutes was too fast. I mean people had to basically sit at the courthouse with that short notice. I am sure security is an issue also with as much attention this has and now that both sides have people with signs outside maybe she also is thinking about getting enough security in place and giving time for everyone to get there.Ok from Court TV, JG changed the 5-10 min standby to 2hrs. Meaning that the teams need to be two hours from the courthouse. Not expecting a verdict today? MOO
I wonder if this is a plan to get the YouTubers to go?CourtTV is saying that reporters will not be notified if the jury has a question, lunch break, a note, deadlocked, etc. Now there will be a 2 hour delay when a verdict is reached to when the verdict will be read.
EST (Eastern Standard Time)Stupid question- what time zone are they in? Compared to east coast?
Nothing will get them to go away. No info means they have time to start writing and broadcasting more fanfiction from outside the court. MOOI wonder if this is a plan to get the YouTubers to go?
I wonder if that’s why the defense didn’t call witnesses to speak about his character. I expected we’d hear from at least someone saying that he was a fine upstanding family man, a caring community volunteer or a dedicated national guardsman or something. He said in a police interview, that his friends think he did it and he was mad.
Wow wasn’t expecting that after the judge had said stay 5 mins away.CourtTV is saying that reporters will not be notified if the jury has a question, lunch break, a note, deadlocked, etc. Now there will be a 2 hour delay when a verdict is reached to when the verdict will be read.
Wonder if there’s indications of a problem or hung jury or asking for lots of evidence… giving the judge the indication that this might be a while… mooWow wasn’t expecting that after the judge had said stay 5 mins away.
