the branch on libby is nearly as thick as her head. no way someone used it as a stretcher
Just kindly discussing, not arguing.

Who’s to say that particular limb was placed or ever moved any distance to where it was found? Lots of stepping around was occurring and could have simply been laying there & tripped over & wound up on her arm. We’re talking about a person who more than likely dropped/cycled a bullet & overlooked the phone. Also has shorter legs so likely more effort required to step over things on the ground, assuming RA, of course.

I get the tops of my feet hung up in limbs, branches all the time when trying to step over them out in the woods & they tend to lift up as my foot is raising & fall forward as my foot continues in a walking, almost marching motion. Very easy to do & can cause a face plant or sprained wrists from falling if not careful.

Crime scene is definitely a head scratcher in many ways.

<modsnip> I was talking about the smaller skinnier ones obviously. Do you see any thick limbs in the video I shared? <modsnip - rude>

I apologize for sounding rude in my response, but the OP's response sounded rude to me.

I think if I was about 80-90% certain and sitting on that Jury I'd still convict. Set him free and it's done. At 80-90% could you live with that?

He can appeal and get a retrial.
Then him,his family and his defense team can really come back and push the miscarriage of justice and the ground breaking odinist theory instead of doing what they did this time around and not really offer anything of note towards his innocence.

Or move away, or buy a new car or just gained a bunch of weight like KAK has since 2017.

The case for RA doing this is strong, but imperfect IMHO. If he did it he is totally insane and of course he has showed that he is pretty close to crazy - and an aggressive crazy at that - rather often. That is the behavioural trait that he displays which goes well with a blitz-attack in the woods. And it is the reason I think he is more likely to be guilty rather than not. That combined with the witness’s accounts.

I don’t envy the jury one bit, though.

IMHO
Behaving as normal as could be, for his wife wouldn't notice something unusual like suddenly selling the vehicle, was certainly his very first priority. His babe, baby, Kathy he wouldn't have wanted to have sorrows again about his mental state and a possible connection to an evil crime. So he lived his life as before, although his wife noticed changing. MOO

The D weren't allowed to bring certain things in that they wanted to though, in this current trial.

I think they did a great job under the circumstances imo.

I retract my stretcher theory, which I admit wasn't the greatest. I now believe, if the girls' left sides of their bodies are facing the creek, the killer was trying to conceal them from being seen from across the creek where he led them from.

I thought it was a good thought…. Definitely outside the box, and it’s thoughts like these that can help lead to other outside the box thoughts.

Due to a lack of evidence on their part. They made up a load of rubbish and obviously couldn’t prove any of it as it was fiction.

So that’s not doing a good job. IMO
