This is getting local coverage by the major networks so there should be more information coming soon regarding this transfer, at least that is my hope & expectation.

I’m thinking RA was a marked man in Indiana prisons, so they moved him for safety reasons.
I doubt his wife was visiting him much anymore. She’s not being coddled by the unethical defense team and put forward as a poor suffering thing now. She’s just the wife of a child killer.

He looks awful so looks like he is suffering which is a blessing.

She may be relieved that he is far way now for all we know.
Who wouldn't be?

Agreed. He looks terrified in that booking pic. Deservedly so.

His new mugshot looks even more like that first sketch to me.
Kind of odd, since he's now 8 years older. Doesn't that mean the original sketch didn't look like him much if it took 8 years to match it?

Given that the prosecution presented a mountain of circumstantial evidence, there either wasn’t any surveillance footage of him driving around after 4PM (he was seen by SC around 3:57 on 300N, IIRC, please correct if I’m mistaken) or if there was surveillance footage, neither the prosecution nor defense felt it lended itself to their case. NM was very careful in not allowing the defense to have many outs & was able to convince JG to suppress evidence which could mislead the jury (think cell phone data).
In other words, NM was very careful in not allowing RA to have an adequate defense, and was able to convince JG, too.

No, it just means it looked like him then & more so now, given the look he’s now sporting, to that particular person doing the observing.

In other words, NM was very careful in not allowing RA to have an adequate defense, and was able to convince JG, too.
Yes, that would be the literal definition of "in other words" since that is not at all what I stated in the one sentence you kept in what you quoted out of 3 other paragraphs. Thanks for clarifying, I guess?? 🤔🤔🤔

Let’s see, in other words, you feel the judge was wrong in her suppression of the cell phone evidence & the third party culprits, even though the defense couldn’t legally establish that those things should be admitted into trial? It’s only NM’s & JG’s collusion that the defense couldn’t produce any legal reason or evidence beyond hearsay, in the case of the 3rd party suspects, for those things to be admitted, even though throughout the judge (the colluding one) kept reminding the defense she wasn’t going to allow those suspects if the defense kept beating the same dead horses? Gotcha.

I assume you have links to approved sources backing up what you claim, that NM & JG didn’t allow RA to have an adequate defense - unless that’s just an opinion?

See you again in another couple of months, assuming you keep your recent post patterns, if you don’t respond. 👍

ETA first quote, response & entire 2nd paragraph under 2nd quote

MOO He was a ringer for the video from the bridge.
I missed - did they say who was the source for the first sketch they released?

The defense’s pagan fantasy was not allowed to be presented because the defense, despite being given the opportunity in a separate hearing, could not connect any of that drivel to the murders.
Their star witness, Todd Click, under oath, admitted to not being able to put his pagans in Delphi that day. But you are saying, the Judge should have ignored that and allowed it anyway.
RA did not have an inadequate defense, he had no defense, because he was guilty. An adequate defense would have been to ignore the interference of RA’s wife and mother, and to allow RA to plead guilty like he wanted to do. Find a plea deal.
RA was convicted by his own words. He put himself on the bridge and no one could get him off. He said, over sixty times, he was the killer.

I am trying to find that being stated specifically but so far, all I found was an article stating the first sketch was based on dialog between an FBI sketch artist & an eyewitness. I will follow up if I find a source which specifically states who contributed to the first sketch. I’m betting it was SC since she saw him the closest & didn’t mention a face covering like (one of?) the 4 girls did.

Carroll County Sheriff Tobe Leazenby said the portrait was drawn by an FBI sketch artist and was based on "recent information" from a witness who saw the suspect about the time of German and Williams' deaths.

The same unfair judge who tried to remove RA’s attorneys, but he chose to stick with them regardless of the judge & prosecutor presenting evidence they were lying about things when confronted with what the judge felt was gross negligence on the part of the defense.

The same defense who spat on the gag order throughout the length of the trial, as evidenced by the transcripts from the time deliberations were ongoing.

Of note, Rozzi told JG during hearings on disqualifying them that, "I would not lie to you about anything." (Volume 3, pg 27). Lying liars gonna lie, I guess.

The same defense team that leaked crime scene photos of two butchered children, and couldn’t be bothered with even pretending to feel bad about it.

The first sketch was labeled a composite, IIRC, so I’m going to say it’s based on a combination of witness descriptions. I believe BB contributed to the second sketch more than any of the other witnesses, if any others were even contributing to that one.
