I’m not surprised that the convicted murderer’s wife continues to claim he is innocent. It is very disappointing that this docuseries is being made. I’ve got no interest in watching it because the right person has been convicted and Abby and Libby should be allowed to rest in peace. The focus of the documentary should be on Abby & Libby and their legacy with the ballpark, the facts of the case, the impact the case and trial has had on their loved ones, the fact the murderer has been convicted by a hardworking and dedicated jury. It is disgraceful that, instead, the producers have chosen to go down the sensationalist route and even one second of it will make a feeble attempt at casting doubt regarding whether the right person has been convicted of their murders. It doesn’t matter what his wife thinks regarding her husband’s innocence, he has been convicted in a court of law by a jury and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole by a judge.
I presume his wife hasn’t participated in this docuseries for free. It is just wrong that she is being given any airtime and potentially making any money from a docuseries about the double murder of Abby and Liberty, which her husband has been convicted of.
